腦電測量在兒童發(fā)展性障礙診斷中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:腦電以及相關(guān)的測量方法在兒童腦發(fā)育與學習研究中擁有漫長的歷史,腦電測量在臨床上可以作為兒童腦發(fā)育及發(fā)展性障礙預(yù)測、診斷及干預(yù)效果的生物學指標。針對30年腦電研究的文獻分析,對比了腦電的4種主要測量方法:事件相關(guān)電位ERP、EEG頻譜分析、EEG時頻分析和靜息態(tài)EEG腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接在兒童發(fā)展性障礙中的應(yīng)用,分析了任務(wù)態(tài)和靜息態(tài)下不同的測量方法及其特點,同時針對兒童發(fā)展性障礙的共性特征、特異性指標以及腦結(jié)構(gòu)和功能異常等核心問題,提出未來研究要加強時域、頻域、時頻領(lǐng)域在方法學上的融合與互補,發(fā)揮腦電測量對發(fā)展性障礙早期篩選和診斷的作用。
[Abstract]:EEG and related measurement methods have a long history in the study of children's brain development and learning. EEG measurement can be used as a biological index to predict, diagnose and intervene in children's brain development and developmental disorders.Based on the literature analysis of 30 years of EEG research, four main methods of EEG measurement were compared: EEG time-frequency analysis of event-related potentials (ERP) and resting EEG network connection in children with developmental disorders.This paper analyzes the different measurement methods and their characteristics under task state and resting state. Aiming at the common characteristics, specific indexes and abnormal brain structure and function of children with developmental disorders, it is proposed that the time domain and frequency domain should be strengthened in the future research.The integration and complementation of time-frequency field in methodology play the role of EEG measurement in early screening and diagnosis of developmental disorders.
