【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育轉(zhuǎn)型需要主動(dòng)結(jié)合城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程進(jìn)行通盤考慮。以人為本的新型城鎮(zhèn)化是指導(dǎo)農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育轉(zhuǎn)型的出發(fā)點(diǎn),城鄉(xiāng)教育制度一體化是農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育轉(zhuǎn)型的途徑。農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育要以此為依據(jù),在功能定位、價(jià)值選擇和發(fā)展思路上進(jìn)行全面調(diào)整。在具體操作層面,科學(xué)調(diào)整農(nóng)村中小學(xué)校布局、優(yōu)化配置農(nóng)村教師資源、完善師資保障機(jī)制和充分發(fā)揮教育信息化技術(shù)推動(dòng)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展是農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的重中之重。
[Abstract]:Under the background of new urbanization, the transformation of rural compulsory education needs to be actively combined with the overall consideration of urbanization process.The people-oriented urbanization is the starting point to guide the transformation of rural compulsory education, and the integration of urban and rural education system is the way of rural compulsory education transformation.Rural compulsory education should be based on this, in the function of positioning, value selection and development ideas for comprehensive adjustment.At the specific operational level, we should scientifically adjust the layout of primary and secondary schools in rural areas, optimize the allocation of rural teachers' resources,Perfecting the teachers' guarantee mechanism and giving full play to the education information technology to promote the balanced development of compulsory education are the most important of the transformation and development of rural compulsory education.
