【摘要】：移動(dòng)設(shè)備及各種智能終端設(shè)備在教育教學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,正成為各國(guó)推動(dòng)教育信息化發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)重要舉措。國(guó)外移動(dòng)設(shè)備教學(xué)應(yīng)用的典型項(xiàng)目包含資源支持、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)與活動(dòng)組織、教師培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、學(xué)生21世紀(jì)技能培養(yǎng)、效果評(píng)估等共同要素,實(shí)施過程中注重進(jìn)行多領(lǐng)域多學(xué)科的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐、開展多樣化的教與學(xué)活動(dòng)及模式、關(guān)注持續(xù)發(fā)展的影響因素及管理策略、重視應(yīng)用效果檢驗(yàn)與評(píng)估、強(qiáng)調(diào)教師的作用及教師專業(yè)發(fā)展等策略。我國(guó)教育領(lǐng)域大規(guī)模開展移動(dòng)設(shè)備教學(xué)應(yīng)用的探索是以電子書包這一形式展開的。雖然這一項(xiàng)目已取得顯著成績(jī),但當(dāng)前發(fā)展還面臨資源建設(shè)較滯后、應(yīng)用環(huán)境不理想等問題。我國(guó)應(yīng)積極對(duì)待并理性實(shí)施電子書包及移動(dòng)設(shè)備教學(xué)應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目,借鑒國(guó)外移動(dòng)設(shè)備教學(xué)應(yīng)用的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在實(shí)踐中逐步拓展其應(yīng)用范圍,重視電子教材、電子書等學(xué)習(xí)資源的深度開發(fā),關(guān)注教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,優(yōu)化應(yīng)用環(huán)境,建立各方利益主體協(xié)同機(jī)制,開展電子書包教學(xué)應(yīng)用的效果檢驗(yàn)與評(píng)估研究。
[Abstract]:The application of mobile devices and all kinds of intelligent terminal devices in the field of education and teaching is becoming an important measure to promote the development of educational informatization in various countries. The common elements of teaching design and activity organization, teacher training plan, students' skill development in 21th century, effect evaluation, and so on, pay attention to the practice of multi-domain and multi-disciplinary application, and carry out diversified teaching and learning activities and models. Pay attention to the influencing factors and management strategies of sustainable development, and attach importance to the test and evaluation of application effect, Emphasis is placed on the role of teachers and their professional development strategies. The exploration of large-scale application of mobile devices in the field of education in China is carried out in the form of electronic schoolbags. Although this project has achieved remarkable results, However, the current development still faces some problems, such as lagged resource construction and unsatisfactory application environment. Our country should actively deal with and rationally implement the teaching and application projects of electronic schoolbags and mobile devices, and learn from the experience of foreign countries in the teaching and application of mobile devices. In practice, it has gradually expanded its application scope, paid attention to the deep development of learning resources such as electronic teaching materials and e-books, paid close attention to the professional development of teachers, optimized the application environment, and set up a cooperative mechanism of various stakeholders. To carry out the research on the effect test and evaluation of the application of electronic schoolbag teaching.
