【摘要】:教學(xué)模仿是教師通過(guò)觀察、模仿他人教學(xué),逐步內(nèi)化、表現(xiàn)并創(chuàng)新的一種教學(xué)活動(dòng)。通過(guò)教學(xué)模仿可以促進(jìn)教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展和個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)。當(dāng)前,教師教學(xué)模仿存在對(duì)象選擇隨意化、模仿內(nèi)容表層化、模仿途徑單一化、模仿時(shí)機(jī)片段化等問(wèn)題。教學(xué)中,合理選擇模仿對(duì)象,倡導(dǎo)理念模仿,拓寬模仿渠道,教學(xué)模仿常態(tài)化,可以不斷提升教學(xué)水平。
[Abstract]:Teaching imitation is a kind of teaching activity in which teachers gradually internalize, express and innovate by observing and imitating others' teaching. Through teaching imitation, teachers' professional development and personal growth can be promoted. There are some problems in teacher's teaching imitating, such as random choice of object, superficial content of imitation, simplification of imitating way, fragment of imitating opportunity, etc. In teaching, reasonable selection of imitating object, advocating idea imitating, widening the channel of imitating, etc. The teaching imitates the norm, may raise the teaching level unceasingly.
