【摘要】：基于ICT的盧森堡大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息化教育發(fā)展模式提升了盧森堡大學(xué)的信息化教育科研能力,推動(dòng)了博洛尼亞進(jìn)程的歐洲高等教育一體化發(fā)展。該文首先研究了基于ICT網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的國(guó)際化學(xué)分體系、信息化教學(xué)能力參數(shù)以及盧森堡大學(xué)多語(yǔ)種教學(xué)模式,分析了盧森堡大學(xué)在教學(xué)、科研和人才引進(jìn)等方面的ICT網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息發(fā)展理念,探討了其研究型辦學(xué)模式和校企合作的科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化平臺(tái),提出了盧森堡大學(xué)推廣ICT網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息終身學(xué)習(xí)體系的國(guó)際化通行做法,最后提出了盧森堡大學(xué)發(fā)展模式對(duì)我國(guó)高校的ICT網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息國(guó)際化發(fā)展的啟示與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The development model of network information education in Luxembourg University based on ICT has enhanced the scientific research ability of the university of Luxembourg in information education. This paper first studies the international credit system based on ICT network information, the parameters of information teaching ability and the multilingual teaching model of the University of Luxembourg. This paper analyzes on the concept of ICT network information development of Luxembourg University in teaching, scientific research and talent introduction, and probes into its research-oriented school running model and the platform for transformation of scientific research achievements of school-enterprise cooperation. In this paper, the author puts forward the common practice of the University of Luxembourg in promoting the internationalization of ICT network information lifelong learning system, and finally puts forward the enlightenment and reference of the Luxembourg university development model to the development of ICT network information internationalization of our country's colleges and universities.
