【摘要】：正很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間以來(lái),我國(guó)學(xué)校教育大多只重視智力因素的培養(yǎng),注重學(xué)生知識(shí)技能的鍛煉,而忽視了學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,社會(huì)上各種因素對(duì)學(xué)生的影響力與日俱增,如學(xué)業(yè)過(guò)重、就業(yè)壓力等問(wèn)題,使得大學(xué)生心理健康問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重。有數(shù)據(jù)顯示:自殺已經(jīng)超越并取代疾病、交通意外,成為大學(xué)生意外死亡的第一大原因。而抑郁、悲觀、自卑、成功焦慮等無(wú)疑是大學(xué)生自殺、他殺的重要原因。因
[Abstract]:For a long time, most of our school education only pay attention to the cultivation of intellectual factors, pay attention to the training of students' knowledge and skills, but ignore the cultivation of students' psychological quality. With the development of the times. The influence of various social factors on students is increasing, such as excessive study, employment pressure and other problems, which make the mental health problems of college students become more and more serious. Some data show that suicide has exceeded and replaced diseases. Traffic accident has become the first cause of college students' accidental death. Depression, pessimism, inferiority complex, success anxiety and so on are undoubtedly the main reasons for college students to commit suicide.
