【摘要】:不同于傳統(tǒng)手工作坊的工匠,"樣式雷"系"哲匠"世家,其高超的建筑技藝及其成長的人文環(huán)境和教育智慧,譜寫了"樣式雷"建筑世家的傳奇。樣子匠培養(yǎng)與雷氏家庭教育以及樣式房工作融為一體,體現(xiàn)出三個特點:重視人文修養(yǎng),將國子監(jiān)教育和家庭影響納入樣子匠培養(yǎng)過程;崇尚實踐,將實踐過程與學習過程相結(jié)合,基礎(chǔ)操作與學習成果相結(jié)合,學與用相結(jié)合;秉承工匠精神,追求工藝標準精益求精,追求工作責任至善和自我實現(xiàn)盡美的境界。它們是雷氏家族輝煌家業(yè)的成功之道,蘊含著工匠精神培養(yǎng)的教育意蘊。
[Abstract]:Different from the artisans of traditional handicraft workshops, "style Ray" is a family of "philosophers", whose superb architectural skills and the growing humanistic environment and educational wisdom. The author wrote the legend of the "style thunder" architectural family. The cultivation of the appearance craftsman, the family education of Ray's family and the work of the style house are integrated into one, which embodies three characteristics: attaching importance to the humanities cultivation. To integrate the education and family influence of national child supervision into the training process of artisans; Advocating practice, combining the practice process with the learning process, combining the basic operation with the learning result, and combining the study with the use; Adhering to the spirit of craftsman, striving for perfection of craftsmanship standard, pursuing the realm of perfect work responsibility and self-realization, they are the successful ways of the brilliant family of Lei's family, which contain the educational implication of the craftsman's spirit.
