【摘要】：為了補(bǔ)齊基礎(chǔ)教育神經(jīng)末梢的數(shù)萬(wàn)個(gè)教學(xué)點(diǎn)巨型短板,更好地促進(jìn)教育公平,我國(guó)成功實(shí)施了"教學(xué)點(diǎn)數(shù)字教育資源全覆蓋"項(xiàng)目。該文在對(duì)"全覆蓋"項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)、做法和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從"路徑創(chuàng)新""平臺(tái)創(chuàng)新""機(jī)制創(chuàng)新"三個(gè)方面探討其在彌補(bǔ)基礎(chǔ)教育短板、促進(jìn)教育公平方面的創(chuàng)新特色,提出由"全覆蓋"到"全融合",實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境融合、教材融合、教師融合、學(xué)生融合、活動(dòng)融合再發(fā)展的提升教學(xué)點(diǎn)層次的新思路。研究有助于講好中國(guó)特色的教育信息化創(chuàng)新故事,有助于教學(xué)點(diǎn)"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"的提升發(fā)展,有助于推動(dòng)教育公平再上新臺(tái)階。
[Abstract]:In order to complement the basic education nerve endings of tens of thousands of teaching points giant short board, better promote education equity. China has successfully carried out the project of "full coverage of Digital Education Resources in Teaching points". This paper studies the goal, practice and development of the project of "full coverage". From the three aspects of "path innovation" and "platform innovation" and "mechanism innovation", this paper discusses its innovative characteristics in making up for the shortcomings of basic education and promoting education fairness, and puts forward the idea of "full coverage" to "full integration". To realize the integration of environment, teaching materials, teachers, students, activity fusion and re-development of the new ideas to promote the level of teaching. The research is helpful to tell the innovative story of educational information with Chinese characteristics. It is helpful to promote the development of the Internet and promote the education equity to a new level.
