【摘要】：隨著教育資源在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的快速積累,數(shù)據(jù)的規(guī)模急劇擴(kuò)展,學(xué)習(xí)者面對(duì)海量數(shù)據(jù)逐漸感到茫然不適,亟需個(gè)性化智能推薦系統(tǒng)來(lái)提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。協(xié)同過(guò)濾算法作為目前最為有效的計(jì)算機(jī)智能推薦技術(shù),在商業(yè)領(lǐng)域已得到廣泛應(yīng)用,但對(duì)于處理學(xué)習(xí)資源這種非結(jié)構(gòu)化數(shù)據(jù),還需要進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)。研究表明,綜合運(yùn)用知識(shí)本體表達(dá)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等技術(shù),建構(gòu)學(xué)習(xí)者、學(xué)習(xí)資源和知識(shí)本體三者之間的關(guān)聯(lián)矩陣,借助基于用戶相似度和基于項(xiàng)目的混合協(xié)同過(guò)濾方法,有利于使推薦結(jié)果更精確地匹配用戶的學(xué)習(xí)特征,提高學(xué)習(xí)資源個(gè)性化推薦的準(zhǔn)確度和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid accumulation of educational resources on the Internet and the rapid expansion of the scale of data, learners are becoming increasingly uncomfortable with massive data. Therefore, personalized intelligent recommendation system is urgently needed to improve learning efficiency. Collaborative filtering algorithm, as the most effective computer intelligent recommendation technology, has been widely applied in the commercial field, but it needs further improvement for dealing with the unstructured data of learning resources. Research shows that the comprehensive application of knowledge ontology, machine learning and data mining, association matrix between learners and learning resources and construct the ontology of the three, with the help of user based and item based hybrid collaborative filtering method, conducive to learning characteristics make the recommendation results more accurately, users, improve the learning accuracy and a practical resource personalized recommendation.
