【摘要】：利用區(qū)域教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)控所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)與信息,對區(qū)域內(nèi)各學校的效能進行細致科學的增值評價,不僅有利于從整體上提高教育質(zhì)量,而且有利于促進教育均衡發(fā)展。運用國際上通用的學校效能評價建模方法——多水平模型,對武漢市H區(qū)25所中學的學生在初中三年的考試成績進行了增值分析,并對學校內(nèi)各個班級以及各個學科教師的增值進行了排名,有效識別出在促進學生進步方面高效能的班級和教師。
[Abstract]:Using the data and information obtained from the regional education quality monitoring, we can make a careful and scientific evaluation of the efficiency of the schools in the region, which is not only conducive to improving the quality of education as a whole, but also promoting the balanced development of education. Using the modeling method of school effectiveness evaluation of the common international multi - level model of 25 middle schools in H District of Wuhan City, the students were added analysis in junior middle school three year exams, and the school in each class and each subject teachers value were ranked, effectively identifying effective in promoting students' progress the class and the teacher.
