【摘要】：改革開放以來,國家一直在為社會組織參與教育改革提供政策鼓勵。從國家現(xiàn)有政策鼓勵及社會組織參與教育改革的現(xiàn)狀來看,當前以推動"社會力量辦學"為主的政策鼓勵體系顯然不足以涵蓋社會組織參與教育改革的多元行動,因此,亟需從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機制、政策框架、行動措施等方面創(chuàng)新社會組織參與教育改革的政策鼓勵體系,以調(diào)動更多社會力量投入國家教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the state has been providing policy encouragement for social organizations to participate in educational reform. Judging from the current situation of national policy encouragement and the participation of social organizations in educational reform, it is clear that the current policy encouragement system based on promoting "social forces to run schools" is obviously not enough to cover the pluralistic actions of social organizations participating in educational reform. Therefore, there is an urgent need to innovate the policy incentive system for social organizations to participate in educational reform from the aspects of leadership mechanisms, policy frameworks, action measures, and so on. In order to mobilize more social forces into the development of national education.
