何為有效的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展——基于十四份“有效的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的特征列表”的分析

【摘要】:有效性是教師專業(yè)發(fā)展必須關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。本文在對(duì)十四份"有效的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的特征列表"進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的情境、內(nèi)容和過(guò)程三個(gè)方面提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)有效的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Effectiveness is a problem that teachers must pay attention to in their professional development. Based on the analysis of 14 lists of the characteristics of effective teacher professional development, this paper puts forward some suggestions for realizing effective teacher professional development from three aspects: the situation, content and process of teachers' professional development.
