【摘要】：《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》明確提出要"完善國(guó)家考試科目試題庫(kù)",題庫(kù)的監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估成為題庫(kù)建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容。考試機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)從題庫(kù)管理制度建設(shè)、計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)的軟硬件建設(shè)、題庫(kù)管理軟件質(zhì)量、題庫(kù)試題質(zhì)量、經(jīng)濟(jì)投入等方面加強(qiáng)題庫(kù)的監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估,通過(guò)建立題庫(kù)管理制度的審查機(jī)制、題庫(kù)試題質(zhì)量的跟蹤機(jī)制、題庫(kù)試題屬性的評(píng)估機(jī)制、計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)機(jī)制和財(cái)經(jīng)審核機(jī)制等對(duì)題庫(kù)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)與評(píng)估,保證題庫(kù)建設(shè)工作的順利進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National medium-and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) clearly proposes to "perfect the national examination subject test database", and the monitoring and evaluation of the item bank becomes an important part of the construction of the test bank. The examination institutions should strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of the test bank from the aspects of the construction of the question bank management system, the construction of the software and hardware of the computer system, the quality of the test bank management software, the quality of the test questions bank, and the economic input, etc., and through the establishment of the examination mechanism of the item bank management system, In order to ensure the smooth construction of the database, the tracking mechanism of the quality of the questions bank, the evaluation mechanism of the attributes of the questions bank, the inspection mechanism of the computer system and the mechanism of financial examination and examination are used to monitor and evaluate the question bank.
