獲得學習模型的困境與參與學習模型的轉向

【摘要】:根據(jù)基礎信念的不同,可將學習的研究與實踐分為獲得與參與兩種取向的模型。獲得模型假定學習即獲得某種實體材料的過程,參與模型假定學習即成為團體成員的過程。20世紀末期學習理論發(fā)生由獲得向參與轉向的原因在于,獲得模型面臨的認識論困境以及所產生的不良規(guī)范與價值問題。要恰當處理獲得模型與參與模型的關系,須正確認識知識的遷移,不偏廢一方,使二者有機互補,并根據(jù)實際需要選擇與應用某個模型。
[Abstract]:According to the different basic beliefs, the research and practice of learning can be divided into two models: acquisition and participation. The acquisition model assumes that learning is the process of acquiring a kind of solid material, and the participating model assumes that learning is a process of becoming a group member. The reason why the learning theory changed from acquisition to participation in the late 20th century was due to the change of learning theory from acquisition to participation. The epistemological dilemma faced by the acquisition model, as well as the resulting problems of bad norms and values. In order to properly deal with the relationship between the acquired model and the participating model, it is necessary to correctly understand the transfer of knowledge, not to neglect one side, to make the two complement each other organically, and to select and apply a model according to the actual needs.
