【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),中小學(xué)心理健康教育成為教育領(lǐng)域的熱門話題,但由于主觀和客觀方面的原因,中小學(xué)心理輔導(dǎo)室的設(shè)備配置不僅滯后且應(yīng)用效果不明顯。本研究以國(guó)家相關(guān)教育文件精神和專家建議為指導(dǎo),參考國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果,以科學(xué)性、生本性、通用性等為基本原則,以最終實(shí)現(xiàn)中小學(xué)生心理平衡發(fā)展、健康成長(zhǎng)為目的,開發(fā)了一套包含心理輔導(dǎo)室的規(guī)劃、相關(guān)軟硬件的配置和使用規(guī)范、心理活動(dòng)方案設(shè)計(jì)在內(nèi)的綜合干預(yù)方案,并在2所學(xué)校開展實(shí)驗(yàn),取得初步成效。結(jié)果證明:包含心理輔導(dǎo)室設(shè)備的利用、心理健康教育活動(dòng)方案的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施在內(nèi)的綜合干預(yù)發(fā)揮了促進(jìn)學(xué)生心理健康的作用。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, mental health education in primary and secondary schools has become a hot topic in the field of education. However, due to subjective and objective reasons, the equipment allocation of psychological counseling rooms in primary and secondary schools is not only lagging behind, but also the application effect is not obvious. This study is guided by the spirit of relevant national educational documents and expert suggestions, referring to the research results at home and abroad, taking the basic principles of science, nature of life and generality as the basic principles, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of achieving a balanced psychological development and healthy growth of primary and secondary school students. A comprehensive intervention plan including the planning of psychological counseling room, the configuration and use of related software and hardware, and the design of psychological activity scheme were developed, and the experiment was carried out in 2 schools, and the preliminary results were obtained. The results showed that the comprehensive intervention, including the use of psychological counseling room equipment, the design and implementation of mental health education program, played an important role in promoting students' mental health.
