教師人格魅力與教學(xué)效力相互轉(zhuǎn)化的“交心機(jī)制”研究

【摘要】:作為一名現(xiàn)代的教育工作者,我們要時刻銘記教育的終極目標(biāo),即發(fā)展人,完善人。在校教育,不僅要求教師要傳授學(xué)生知識,更重要的是塑造學(xué)生的人格。古今中外的教育家也一致認(rèn)為:只有教師擁有了完美的人格才會對學(xué)生形成強(qiáng)有力的影響。我們可以這樣講,社會中無論哪一種規(guī)章制度,無論哪一種機(jī)關(guān)單位,無論設(shè)想有多么巧妙,都不能代替在教育教學(xué)中教師人格的巨大作用。在新課程理念的影響下,教師不僅要關(guān)注有效教學(xué)的各種因素,設(shè)身處地把自己的人格魅力轉(zhuǎn)化為有效的教學(xué)力量;同時,也應(yīng)關(guān)注教學(xué)效力對教師人格的影響,以進(jìn)一步完善自己的人格,做到教學(xué)相長。因此,教師人格與教學(xué)效力的轉(zhuǎn)化問題有待于我們新世紀(jì)的教師繼續(xù)探討。 本課題的研究內(nèi)容主要著眼于對教師人格魅力與教學(xué)效力相互轉(zhuǎn)化的“交心機(jī)制”的研究:第一部分,通過整理以往文獻(xiàn),調(diào)查問卷及訪談內(nèi)容,對現(xiàn)階段研究進(jìn)行綜述分析,提出有意義的研究論題。第二部分,探究教師人格魅力與教學(xué)效力相互轉(zhuǎn)化的問題。主要探究教師人格轉(zhuǎn)化為教學(xué)效力和教學(xué)效力轉(zhuǎn)化為教師人格的理論建構(gòu)及在教育教學(xué)實際中的表現(xiàn)。第三部分,從實證的角度,通過實際的教學(xué)案例,探討教師人格魅力與教學(xué)效力相互轉(zhuǎn)化的“交心機(jī)制”的內(nèi)在機(jī)制和具體途徑。教師人格魅力與教學(xué)效力轉(zhuǎn)化的“交心機(jī)制”的內(nèi)在機(jī)制包括:教師以完美人格吸引學(xué)生,使學(xué)生親其師,信其道;教師以完美人格教化學(xué)生,使學(xué)生敬其師,樂其道;教師以完美人格示范學(xué)生,使學(xué)生近其師,學(xué)其道;教師以完美人格征服學(xué)生,使師生相濡以沫,共享其道。教師人格魅力與教學(xué)效力相互轉(zhuǎn)化的“交心機(jī)制”的具體途徑包括:教師以博大的愛心感染學(xué)生,教師以無悔的耐心教誨學(xué)生,教師以如絲的細(xì)心體悟?qū)W生,教師以堅定的恒心鼓舞學(xué)生,教師以深廣的慧心陶冶學(xué)生,以實現(xiàn)師生民主平等地相處,真誠融洽地對話,以實現(xiàn)教學(xué)相長。 探究本課題的最終目的是,使教師把教師人格的力量應(yīng)用于教學(xué),使其成為有效的教學(xué)力量。在實際教學(xué)中教師應(yīng)重新審視自己的位置,走下講臺,與學(xué)生做朋友;深入了解學(xué)生,用“心”對待學(xué)生,建立良好的師生關(guān)系;并能夠正確處理師生間的矛盾沖突。在進(jìn)一步提高有效教學(xué)的過程中逐步彰顯和完善自身的人格魅力。
[Abstract]:As a modern educator, we should always keep in mind the ultimate goal of education, that is, to develop and perfect people. School education requires not only teachers to impart students' knowledge, but also to shape students' personality. Educators at all times and all over the world agree that only a teacher with a perfect personality will have a strong influence on students. We can say that no matter what kind of rules and regulations in society, no matter what kind of organization, no matter how ingenious the assumption, can not replace the great role of teacher's personality in education and teaching. Under the influence of the new curriculum concept, teachers should not only pay attention to various factors of effective teaching, but also put their personality charm into effective teaching power. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the influence of teaching effectiveness on teachers' personality in order to further improve their personality and achieve mutual teaching. Therefore, the transformation of teachers' personality and teaching effectiveness needs to be discussed by teachers in the new century. The research content of this subject is mainly focused on the research of the mutual transformation of teachers' personality charm and teaching effectiveness. The first part, through sorting out the previous literature, questionnaire and interviews, summarizes and analyzes the current research. Put forward the meaningful research topic. The second part explores the mutual transformation of teachers' personality charm and teaching effectiveness. This paper mainly probes into the theoretical construction of the transformation of teacher's personality into teaching effectiveness and teaching effect into teacher's personality and its performance in the practice of education and teaching. The third part, from the empirical point of view, through the actual teaching cases, to explore the teachers' personality charm and teaching effectiveness of the mutual transformation of the "heart mechanism" internal mechanism and specific ways. The internal mechanism of the transformation of teachers' personality charm and teaching effectiveness includes: teachers attract students with perfect personality, make students kiss their teachers and trust their ways, teachers enlighten students with perfect personality, make students respect their teachers and enjoy the way of learning; Teachers demonstrate students with perfect personality, make students close to their teachers and learn the Tao; teachers conquer students with perfect personality and make teachers and students share their ways. The specific ways of the mutual transformation of teachers' personality charm and teaching effectiveness include: teachers infect students with great love, teachers teach students with unrepentant patience, and teachers understand students with meticulous understanding. Teachers encourage students with firm perseverance, teachers cultivate students with profound wisdom, in order to achieve democracy and equality between teachers and students, sincere and harmonious dialogue, in order to achieve mutual learning. The ultimate purpose of this research is to make teachers apply the strength of teacher's personality to teaching and make it an effective teaching force. In actual teaching, teachers should re-examine their position, step down from the platform and make friends with students; deeply understand students, treat students with "heart", and establish good teacher-student relations; and be able to correctly handle conflicts between teachers and students. In the further improvement of effective teaching process, gradually show and improve their own personality charm.
