【摘要】：正實習期是師范大專生從學校走向社會的過渡階段,他們是未來小學教育的主力軍。由于他們工作的對象是成長中的兒童,他們的心理健康狀況直接影響兒童的學習效率和人格形成。主觀幸福感作為心理健康的一個極其重要的指標,努力提高實習師范生的主觀幸福感水平,使其擁有高水平的生活質(zhì)量,以順利渡過實習階段,是教育者面臨的重要課題。有研究表明,自我效能感和自尊影響個體的主觀幸福感。如魏祝穎[1]研究指出大學生一般自我效能感與主觀幸福感呈顯著正相
[Abstract]:The current practice period is the transition stage of normal college students from school to society, and they are the main force of primary education in the future. Because they work with growing children, their mental health directly affects their learning efficiency and personality formation. As an extremely important indicator of mental health, subjective well-being is an important task facing educators to improve the level of subjective well-being of practical normal students, to make them have a high level of quality of life and to pass through the practice stage smoothly. Studies have shown that self-efficacy and self-esteem affect individuals' subjective well-being. For example, Wei Zhuying [1] points out that there is a significant positive correlation between general self-efficacy and subjective well-being of college students.
