【摘要】：在入世、擴(kuò)大開放和教育全球化、國際化的背景下,我國教育的開放獲得了長足發(fā)展,各項(xiàng)教育開放政策取得了良好的效果,雖然在實(shí)踐中存在一些問題,但為未來在更廣泛的領(lǐng)域、更高層次上與教育發(fā)達(dá)國家進(jìn)行交流和合作,提高教育開放的整體水平打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of China's accession to the WTO, the expansion of the opening up and the globalization of education, the opening up of education in China has made considerable progress, and various educational opening policies have achieved good results, although there are some problems in practice. However, it will lay a solid foundation for future exchanges and cooperation with developed countries in a wider field and at a higher level, and for raising the overall level of educational openness.
