【摘要】：正教師的根本職責(zé)是"教書育人",教學(xué)是教師的主要任務(wù)。現(xiàn)行的職稱評(píng)定雖然也對(duì)教師的教學(xué)實(shí)踐和成果有相應(yīng)的要求,但學(xué)術(shù)研究成果的數(shù)量要求顯然占了壓倒性優(yōu)勢(shì),因此,寫論文、出專著、搞課題幾乎成了晉級(jí)的不二選擇。跟著這個(gè)指揮棒,教師自然也就埋頭于數(shù)量指標(biāo),輕視教學(xué)實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:The fundamental duty of full teachers is to teach and educate people, and teaching is the main task of teachers. Although the current professional title evaluation also has the corresponding request to the teacher's teaching practice and the achievement, but the academic research achievement quantity request has obviously occupied the overwhelming superiority, therefore, writes the thesis, produces the monograph, the subject has almost become the promotion not second choice. With this baton, teachers naturally immerse themselves in quantitative indicators and despise teaching practice.
