【摘要】:正愛爾蘭詩(shī)人、1923年諾貝爾文學(xué)獎(jiǎng)獲得者W·B·葉芝就教育的問題發(fā)表過這樣的警言:"教育不是灌滿一桶水,而是點(diǎn)燃一把火。"這句話可以做豐富的解讀:教育的過程不是灌輸知識(shí),而是激發(fā)學(xué)生對(duì)知識(shí)的興趣;教育的目的不是把人變成被動(dòng)的容器,而是在他心里播下燎原的生命火種。但問題并不因此而結(jié)束。我們看到,在今天,許多教育者實(shí)際上并不缺乏"點(diǎn)燃一把火"的激情,但這激情尚不足以幫助他們勝任點(diǎn)燃的職責(zé)。他們的激情里懷著各種各樣的困惑。
[Abstract]:W. B. Yeats, the Irish poet and Nobel laureate in literature in 1923, made such a cautionary remark about education: "Education does not fill a bucket of water, but ignites a fire." The process of education is not to instill knowledge, but to arouse students' interest in knowledge; the purpose of education is not to turn man into a passive container, but to sow a fire of life in his heart. But the problem does not end there. We see that today, many educators do not actually lack the passion to "light a fire", but that passion is not enough to help them to do the job they ignite. Their passions were filled with all kinds of confusion.
