【摘要】：教師合作教研即團(tuán)隊(duì)式教育教學(xué)研究活動(dòng),是指教師之間通過專業(yè)對(duì)話、溝通和合作,共同分享經(jīng)驗(yàn),共同研究教學(xué)問題而采取的一系列行為。本文以美、日、俄三國(guó)為例,從合作組成方式和教研內(nèi)容兩個(gè)角度,闡述了國(guó)外教師合作教研的發(fā)展歷程。
[Abstract]:Teachers' cooperative teaching and research is a group teaching research activity, which refers to a series of behaviors adopted by teachers through professional dialogue, communication and cooperation, sharing experience and studying teaching problems together. Taking America, Japan and Russia as examples, this paper expounds the development course of foreign teachers' cooperative teaching and research from the angle of cooperation composition mode and teaching research content.
