【摘要】：隨著傳統(tǒng)院校在教學(xué)中越來越多地采用基于各種課程平臺的遠程學(xué)習(xí)元素,常規(guī)的傳統(tǒng)高等教育與遠程教育呈現(xiàn)不斷融合的趨勢。在此背景下,傳統(tǒng)高等院校教師參與建設(shè)和設(shè)計混合模式下網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的需求日益增長。研究表明,傳統(tǒng)高校教師在進行網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程設(shè)計時存在很多問題和困難,對傳統(tǒng)高校教師進行網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程設(shè)計的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)很有必要。那么,此類培訓(xùn)中需關(guān)注的關(guān)鍵需求是什么?什么樣的內(nèi)容體系是適當(dāng)?shù)?什么樣的培訓(xùn)模式比較有效?如何設(shè)計此類培訓(xùn)的具體活動?帶著這些問題,結(jié)合北京師范大學(xué)教學(xué)實際,對混合模式下網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程設(shè)計的高校教師培訓(xùn)進行了研究。通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的案例分析與師生訪談,確定了網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程設(shè)計的相應(yīng)教師培訓(xùn)的需求,并基于培訓(xùn)需求建立了教師培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容體系,采用案例分析與體驗性學(xué)習(xí)策略對培訓(xùn)進行了具體的活動、資源等設(shè)計開發(fā)。希望本研究所形成的混合模式下網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的設(shè)計方法以及相應(yīng)的教師培訓(xùn)設(shè)計對于傳統(tǒng)高校教師開展混合模式教學(xué)提供一些具體可操作的方法和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing use of distance learning elements based on various curriculum platforms in traditional colleges and universities, the traditional higher education and distance education show a trend of continuous integration. In this context, the demand of traditional college teachers to participate in the construction and design of network courses is increasing. The research shows that there are many problems and difficulties in the course design of traditional colleges and universities, so it is necessary to train the traditional university teachers in network course design. So what are the key needs to focus on in such training? What kind of content system is appropriate? What kind of training model is more effective? How can specific activities for such training be designed? With these problems and the teaching practice of Beijing normal University, this paper studies the training of university teachers in the network course design under the mixed mode. Through case analysis and interview with teachers and students, this paper determines the needs of teacher training in the design of online courses, and establishes the content system of teacher training based on the training needs. Case analysis and experiential learning strategies are used to design and develop training activities and resources. It is hoped that the network course design method and the corresponding teacher training design can provide some practical methods and guidance for the traditional university teachers to carry out the mixed mode teaching.
