基于stata12.0軟件數(shù)據(jù)分析,提升遠(yuǎn)程教育課程團(tuán)隊(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量

【摘要】:教學(xué)質(zhì)量是教育的生命線,教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)是提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量,豐富網(wǎng)上資源,增強(qiáng)教師教學(xué)水平和科研能力,既是構(gòu)建團(tuán)隊(duì)的主要目的,也是檢驗(yàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)成功與否的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過國家開放大學(xué)(青島)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的實(shí)踐,基于stata12.0計(jì)量軟件,對教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)與非課程團(tuán)隊(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,研究課程教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)模式,得出結(jié)論:教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)在資源建設(shè)效率和學(xué)員支持率方面顯著優(yōu)于非課程團(tuán)隊(duì)。課程團(tuán)隊(duì)教師人均建設(shè)資源量多于非課程團(tuán)隊(duì),且所建資源使用效率高于非課程團(tuán)隊(duì),體現(xiàn)了課程團(tuán)隊(duì)較高的工作效率;學(xué)員在線學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)長與課程資源豐富程度呈顯著正相關(guān),強(qiáng)調(diào)了資源建設(shè)對遠(yuǎn)程教育質(zhì)量的影響;新生學(xué)習(xí)受興趣影響較大,與教師行為關(guān)系不明顯,具有很強(qiáng)的隨意性,但其學(xué)習(xí)熱情的持久性與其網(wǎng)上行為受關(guān)注程度呈顯著正相關(guān),驗(yàn)證了教師的責(zé)任心在提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量過程中的重要作用;诙繑(shù)據(jù)分析,多主體、多層面地探索教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)對"教"與"學(xué)"活動(dòng)影響的價(jià)值,為開放教育課程教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)相關(guān)理論研究提供數(shù)據(jù)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Teaching quality is the lifeline of education, and teaching team building is the key to improve teaching quality. Improving teaching quality, enriching online resources, strengthening teachers' teaching level and scientific research ability are not only the main purpose of team building, but also the standard to test the success of team building. Through the practice of the teaching team of the National Open University (Qingdao), based on the stata12.0 measurement software, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the relevant data between the teaching team and the non-course team, and studies the construction mode of the course teaching team. The conclusion is that teaching team is superior to non-curriculum team in resource construction efficiency and student support rate. Curriculum team teachers build more resources per person than non-curriculum teams, and the efficiency of building resources is higher than that of non-curriculum teams, which reflects the high working efficiency of curriculum teams, and the length of online learning time is significantly positively related to the rich degree of curriculum resources. The influence of resource construction on the quality of distance education is emphasized. However, the persistence of their learning enthusiasm is positively correlated with the attention paid to their online behavior, which proves that teachers' sense of responsibility plays an important role in the process of improving the quality of teaching. Based on quantitative data analysis, this paper explores the value of teaching team's influence on "teaching" and "learning" activities in a multi-agent and multi-level way, and provides data and practical experience for theoretical research on teaching team building in open education curriculum.
