【摘要】：目的探討中學(xué)生情緒管理與自傷行為的關(guān)系,為中學(xué)生自傷行為的干預(yù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法分層隨機(jī)整群抽取廣州市、陽(yáng)江市、陽(yáng)春市3 096名初中和高中學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,分析情緒管理與自傷行為的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果中學(xué)生自傷行為發(fā)生率為14.6%,偶有自傷行為發(fā)生率為16.6%。自傷行為、偶有自傷行為和無(wú)自傷行為中學(xué)生情緒管理能力得分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=38.719,P0.01);控制性別、學(xué)習(xí)階段、是否獨(dú)生子女、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、父母文化程度等變量后,多分類Logistic回歸分析顯示,情緒管理能力對(duì)自傷行為(OR=0.482,P0.01)和偶有自傷行為(OR=0.730,P0.01)有保護(hù)作用。結(jié)論中學(xué)生情緒管理能力與自傷行為的發(fā)生具有相關(guān)性�？赏ㄟ^(guò)心理教育、心理輔導(dǎo)和心理彈性訓(xùn)練提升青少年的情緒管理能力,以減少自傷行為的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between emotional management and self-injury behavior in middle school students and to provide scientific basis for their intervention. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 3 096 junior and senior middle school students in Guangzhou, Yangjiang and Yangchun, and the correlation between emotional management and self-injury behavior was analyzed. Results the incidence of self-injury behavior was 14. 6% and that of occasional self-injury behavior was 16. 6%. There were significant differences in scores of self-injury behavior, occasional self-injury behavior and non-self-injury behavior between middle school students (P 0.01), controlling gender, learning stage, whether only child, family economic condition, parents' education level, etc, after controlling gender, learning stage, family economic condition, parents' education level, etc., after controlling gender, learning stage, whether or not only child, family economic condition, parents' education level, etc. Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that the ability of emotion management had protective effect on the behavior of self-injury (0.482P 0.01) and occasionally the behavior of self-injury (0.730) (P 0.01). Conclusion the emotional management ability of middle school students is related to the occurrence of self-injury behavior. Through psychological education, psychological counseling and psychological flexibility training, adolescents' emotional management ability can be improved, in order to reduce the occurrence of self-injury behavior.
