【摘要】：正義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展,除了校長(zhǎng)、教師輪崗交流制等舉措外,還有別的思路嗎?十八屆三中全會(huì)《決定》提出了"學(xué)區(qū)制"構(gòu)想。這會(huì)形成一條新路徑。而上海桃浦,6年前已在探索區(qū)域內(nèi)的資源互動(dòng)與共享。上海市桃浦地區(qū)位于普陀、嘉定、寶山三區(qū)交界地,幾十年來(lái)作為上海市老工業(yè)區(qū)之一、普陀區(qū)"三灣一弄棚戶區(qū)"的市政動(dòng)遷移居地,為上海的建設(shè)作出了貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Is the balanced development of compulsory education, in addition to principals, teachers rotation exchange system and other measures, there are other ideas?The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the idea of "school district system".This creates a new path.And Shanghai Taopu, 6 years ago has been exploring the area of resources interaction and sharing.The Taopu area of Shanghai is located at the junction of Putuo, Jiading and Baoshan three districts, and has been one of the old industrial zones in Shanghai for several decades. The municipal relocation and resettlement of "Sanwan Yunong shantytown" in Putuo District has contributed to the construction of Shanghai.
