【摘要】：我國已建立了比較完善的教育考試組織機構,但機構名稱混亂,普遍缺乏獨立性,職能錯位,專業(yè)能力不強。教育考試機構向專業(yè)第三方評價機構改革,提高專業(yè)性、獨立性、權威性,是考試機構適應經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展及高考制度改革的要求,也是滿足"一年多考"、"分類考試"及社會多元評價的需求,還是促進教育教學質量全面提升、提高自身競爭力的需要。向專業(yè)第三方機構改革應做好頂層設計,構建教育考試機構的核心價值,明確核心任務,以科研為先導、以標準建設為依托、以專業(yè)隊伍為保證、以信息技術為支撐,著力打造教育考試機構的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:Our country has established relatively perfect educational examination organization, but the name of the organization is confused, the lack of independence, the function dislocation, the specialized ability is not strong, the educational examination organization reforms to the specialized third party appraisal organization, enhances the profession, the independence, the education examination organization reforms to the specialized third party appraisal organization, enhances the profession, the independence, Authoritativeness is not only to meet the requirements of economic and social development and the reform of the college entrance examination system, but also to meet the needs of "more than one year's examination", "classified examination" and social pluralistic evaluation, or to promote the overall improvement of the quality of education and teaching. To reform professional third party organizations, we should do a good job in top-level design, construct the core value of educational examination institutions, make clear core tasks, take scientific research as the guide, rely on the standard construction, and take the professional team as the guarantee. With information technology as the support, strive to build the core competitiveness of educational examination institutions.
