【摘要】：從機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置到服務(wù)內(nèi)容,牛津大學(xué)的心理健康服務(wù)與我國(guó)高校有較多相似之處,因而有較強(qiáng)的參考性。借鑒牛津大學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國(guó)高校實(shí)際,高校心理健康教育工作要明確心理健康教育機(jī)構(gòu)和隊(duì)伍在校園危機(jī)事件處理過(guò)程中的支持角色;完善學(xué)生援助工作體系,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生在校接受挑戰(zhàn)、贏得成長(zhǎng),切實(shí)完善心理疾患學(xué)生向醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)介過(guò)程中的銜接機(jī)制;合理定位專業(yè)人員的職責(zé),咨詢和授課可分離;加強(qiáng)學(xué)生自助資源的開(kāi)發(fā)利用,促進(jìn)同輩互助;進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與院系的密切合作,擴(kuò)大學(xué)生求助渠道。
[Abstract]:From the institutional setting to the service content, the mental health service of Oxford University has many similarities with our universities, so it has a strong reference. Using the experience of Oxford University for reference, combined with the reality of our universities. The work of mental health education in colleges and universities should clarify the supporting roles of mental health education institutions and teams in the process of dealing with campus crisis. Improve the work system of student assistance, encourage students to accept challenges in school, win growth, and improve the linking mechanism in the process of referral of students with psychological disorders to medical institutions; Reasonable positioning of professional responsibilities, consulting and teaching can be separated; Strengthen the development and utilization of students' self-help resources and promote peer mutual assistance; Further strengthen the close cooperation with the departments, expand the channels for students to seek help.
