大學(xué)生領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持與人際信任的關(guān)系—應(yīng)對方式的中介作用

【摘要】:大學(xué)生的身心正在走向成熟但又未完全成熟,卻面臨各方面的壓力,例如人際關(guān)系壓力、學(xué)業(yè)壓力及就業(yè)壓力等。應(yīng)對方式是人們在面對壓力情境時(shí)所使用的認(rèn)知調(diào)節(jié)、情緒改變及行為策略[1]。面臨各種需要解決的問題時(shí),會(huì)形成一種相對穩(wěn)定的應(yīng)對方式,積極的應(yīng)對方式對于緩解精神緊張和維護(hù)身心健康至關(guān)重要。 人際信任表現(xiàn)為對別人的言語和行為的信任,特別是指在個(gè)人內(nèi)部的信念或性格特質(zhì)[2]。良好的人際交流與互動(dòng),會(huì)對大學(xué)生的學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展和身心健康都會(huì)起到積極的推動(dòng)作用[3]。 與客觀社會(huì)支持相比,領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持是指人們主觀上所理解到和感覺到的支持程度,它能夠更好維護(hù)個(gè)體心理健康[4]。 領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持對人際信任的影響有多大,這種影響是通過什么形成的;采用什么樣的應(yīng)對方式,應(yīng)對方式對人際信任的影響如何,這些都值得我們?nèi)ヌ接。但目前有關(guān)三者之間關(guān)系的研究較為稀少。本研究主要探討大學(xué)生領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持對人際信任的影響,以及應(yīng)對方式的中介作用。 本研究采用整群抽樣的方法,使用問卷調(diào)查法,選取魯東大學(xué)大一到大四的320名在校生作為調(diào)查對象,施測采用解亞寧編制的簡易應(yīng)對方式問卷、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持量表以及羅特編制的人際信任量表,所得研究結(jié)果以描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)、獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)、積差相關(guān)、多元回歸分析、中介效應(yīng)等統(tǒng)計(jì)方法來進(jìn)行資料處理。本研究的結(jié)論如下: 1、大學(xué)生領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持總得分較高。朋友支持水平最高,家庭支持次之,其他人支持最低。在性別和是否獨(dú)生子女上領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持有顯著差異,,其中男生的領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持水平顯著低于女生[5],非獨(dú)生子女的領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持水平顯著高于獨(dú)生子女,但是領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持不存在年級、專業(yè)類型和生源地的差異。 2、大學(xué)生人際信任的總得分比較高[6]。人際信任在性別和年級上有顯著性差異,其中男生的人際信任水平顯著高于女生,大一與大四的人際信任有顯著差異,但是人際信任在專業(yè)類型、生源地和是否獨(dú)生的差異不顯著。 3、大學(xué)生應(yīng)對方式更多的采用了積極應(yīng)對。應(yīng)對方式在性別和專業(yè)類型上有顯著差異,男生的應(yīng)對水平顯著較低于女生[7-8],文史類應(yīng)對方式顯著高于理工類,但是應(yīng)對方式不存在生源地的差異。 4、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持各項(xiàng)目、應(yīng)對方式各項(xiàng)目與人際信任均存在顯著相關(guān)。表現(xiàn)為領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持與人際信任有顯著負(fù)相關(guān),領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持與應(yīng)對方式有顯著正相關(guān),應(yīng)對方式與人際信任有顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。 5、大學(xué)生的領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持、應(yīng)對方式與人際信任具有顯著預(yù)測作用。表現(xiàn)為朋友支持對人際信任有顯著負(fù)向預(yù)測影響;朋友支持對應(yīng)對方式有顯著正向預(yù)測影響;其他人支持和朋友支持對積極應(yīng)對有顯著正向預(yù)測影響,積極應(yīng)對對人際信任有著顯著的負(fù)向預(yù)測影響。 6、應(yīng)對方式在領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持與人際信任之間起著部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:The student is mature but not completely mature, but the face of all the pressure, such as interpersonal relationship pressure, academic pressure and employment pressure. Coping style is the people in the face of stress cognitive regulation, mood changes and behavioral strategies [1]. faces a variety of problems to solve, will form a a relatively stable coping style, positive coping style to reduce mental stress and is essential for maintaining physical and mental health.
Interpersonal trust is expressed as trust in others' speech and behavior, especially in personal beliefs or personality traits. [2]. good interpersonal communication and interaction will play a positive role in promoting academic development and physical and mental health of college students. [3].
Compared with objective social support, perceived social support refers to the degree of support that people understand and feel subjectively. It can better maintain individual mental health, [4]..
Perceived social support much impact on interpersonal trust, this effect is achieved by what form; what kind of coping style, how to influence the coping style of interpersonal trust, these are worth us to explore. But the current research on the relationship between the three is rare. This study focused on College Students' perceived social support influence of interpersonal trust, and coping style of the intermediary role.
This study used cluster sampling method, questionnaire survey method, select the Ludong University freshman to senior 320 students as the research object, measured by Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire made by Xie Ya Ning, perceived social support scale and interpersonal trust amount Roth table compiled, the research results by descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, Pearson correlation, regression analysis, statistical methods for data processing such as the mediating effect. The conclusion of this study are as follows:
1, college students' perceived social support score higher. The highest level of support from friends, family support of other people to support the lowest. In gender and whether only child perceived social support had significant difference among boys perceived social support level of [5] was significantly lower than that of girls, perceived social support level not only children were significantly higher than the one-child. But the perceived social support does not exist differences in grade, professional type and origin.
2, there are significant differences in gender and grade on the total score of interpersonal trust of college students is relatively high [6]. among interpersonal trust, interpersonal trust level of boys was significantly higher than girls, a senior and interpersonal trust have significant differences, but the interpersonal trust in the professional type, origin and whether only the difference is not significant.
3, coping styles of college students adopt more positive coping styles. Coping styles are significantly different in gender and professional type. The coping level of boys is significantly lower than that of girls. [7-8], coping styles of literature and history are significantly higher than those of science and engineering, but there is no difference in coping styles.
4, there was a significant correlation between perceived social support items, coping styles and interpersonal trust. It showed a significant negative correlation between perceived social support and interpersonal trust. Perceived social support was positively correlated with coping styles. Coping styles and interpersonal trust were negatively correlated.
5, college students' perceived social support, coping style and interpersonal trust has significant predictive effects. Friend support had significant negative predictive effect on interpersonal trust; friends support have positive influence on coping styles; others support and support for a positive response had significant positive predictive effect, positive coping significantly the negative predictive effect on interpersonal trust.
6, coping styles play a part of mediating role between understanding social support and interpersonal trust.
