【摘要】：目的回顧性探討大學(xué)新生傳統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)欺凌行為與自殺意念的關(guān)系,為開展相關(guān)研究和干預(yù)提供相關(guān)依據(jù)。方法采用《青少年生活環(huán)境與心理健康量表》中國(guó)版改良后進(jìn)行測(cè)量,對(duì)昆明醫(yī)學(xué)院大一1850名本科新生進(jìn)行橫斷面調(diào)查。運(yùn)用χ2檢驗(yàn)、log istic回歸分析等方法研究。結(jié)果在過去的12個(gè)月,在校88%以上的學(xué)生曾被語言欺凌,46%的學(xué)生曾使用語言欺凌別人。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上57%的大學(xué)生被暴力欺凌,欺凌別人以語言欺凌為主占25.8%。女生在傳統(tǒng)被語言欺凌(χ2=22.53,P0.001)、孤立欺凌別人(χ2=13.94,P0.001)、暴力欺凌別人(χ2=6.16,P0.05)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)上被暴力欺凌(χ2=11.81,P0.001)和暴力欺凌別人(χ2=41.597,P0.001)的比率都比男生高。而男生在傳統(tǒng)中被暴力欺凌(χ2=94.4,P0.001)、被孤立欺凌(χ2=12.85,P0.001)、在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中被孤立欺凌(χ2=18.62,P0.001)的比率比女生高。22.5%的大學(xué)新生在過去的12個(gè)月或者曾經(jīng)有過自殺意念,自殺意念的發(fā)生率隨著欺凌行為的增加而提高,傳統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的語言欺凌、孤立欺凌是自殺意念的預(yù)測(cè)因素。結(jié)論大學(xué)新生欺凌行為與自殺意念都較常見,而且二者間存在一定的關(guān)系,在進(jìn)行心理干預(yù)時(shí)應(yīng)同時(shí)考慮性別、不同欺凌方式和不同場(chǎng)所對(duì)自殺意念的影響差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to study retrospectively the relationship between college freshmen's tradition, cyberbullying and suicidal ideation. Methods the revised Chinese version of the scale of Life Environment and Mental Health of adolescents was used to measure the data. A cross-sectional survey of 1 850 freshmen in Kunming Medical College was carried out. The results were analyzed by using 蠂 2 test log istic regression analysis and so on. The results were obtained in the past 12 months. More than 88% students at school have been bullied by language. 46 percent of students have used language to bully others. 57% students on the Internet have been bullied by violence. Language bullying was the main factor in bullying. Girls were bullied by language in the tradition (蠂 2 = 22.53% P 0.001) and bullied others by isolation (蠂 2 / 13.94% P 0.001). Violence bullied others (蠂 2 6.16 / P 0.05), violent bullying (蠂 2 11.81 / P 0.001) and violent bullying (蠂 2 / 41.597). The prevalence of P0.001 was higher than that of boys, while boys were traditionally bullied by violence (蠂 2 94.4% P 0.001) and isolated bullies (蠂 2 + 12.85% P 0.001). The rate of isolated bullying on the Internet (蠂 2 + 18.62%, P 0.001) was higher than that of female students. 22.5% of freshmen had suicidal ideation in the past 12 months. The incidence of suicidal ideation increases with the increase of bullying behavior. Traditional and online language bullying and isolated bullying are the predictors of suicidal ideation. Conclusion bullying and suicidal ideation are more common in college freshmen. And there is a certain relationship between the two, when psychological intervention should take into account gender, different bullying patterns and different places of suicide ideation differences.
