【摘要】：正行動(dòng)研究是一種在實(shí)際工作中解決問題的方法,其目的是改善教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐。筆者認(rèn)為,由于種種原因,部分基層教師對教科研工作依然充滿著"神秘感",對教學(xué)研究的價(jià)值、方法等問題不得要領(lǐng),教科研工作存在低效甚至無效的現(xiàn)象。研究顯示,行動(dòng)研究就是一種特別適合一線教師的研究方式。隨著教師專業(yè)化運(yùn)動(dòng)的快速發(fā)展,教師成為研究者的呼聲越來越高。那么作為一線教師,如何才能成為一個(gè)真正的行動(dòng)研究者?一、從問題發(fā)現(xiàn)到行為改進(jìn):教師成為行動(dòng)研究者的基本要求對教師來說,行動(dòng)研究不在于取得多高的理
[Abstract]:Positive action research is a method to solve problems in practical work, and its purpose is to improve educational and teaching practice. The author believes that for various reasons, some grass-roots teachers are still full of "mystery" about scientific research work. The value of teaching research, methods and other issues have no essentials, teaching and research work is inefficient or even ineffective phenomenon. The study shows. Action research is a research method that is especially suitable for front-line teachers. With the rapid development of teacher specialization movement, teachers become more and more vocal. How can we become a real action researcher? From problem finding to behavior improvement: the basic requirement for Teachers to become Action researchers; for teachers, action research does not depend on how high the principles are.
