【摘要】：碩士生作為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)的高端人才,是強(qiáng)國(guó)興邦的重要力量,我們?cè)陉P(guān)注這批高層次人才的學(xué)術(shù)成就的同時(shí),也應(yīng)當(dāng)對(duì)他們的心理健康狀況給予深切的關(guān)注,他們的身心健康狀況直接影響著國(guó)家高端人才的素質(zhì),是萬(wàn)萬(wàn)不可忽視的。 從心理咨詢和治療的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)看,中國(guó)人,尤其是中國(guó)學(xué)生產(chǎn)生完美主義傾向的可能性遠(yuǎn)大過(guò)外國(guó)人,而受到完美主義困擾的人也不計(jì)其數(shù)。在對(duì)自身強(qiáng)烈高要求的壓迫下,學(xué)生的心理健康狀況和學(xué)業(yè)成就將受到影響,而這也將對(duì)個(gè)人的一般自我效能感產(chǎn)生影響,一般自我效能感的改變又將反過(guò)來(lái)影響個(gè)人的行動(dòng)能力和目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。 本研究以碩士生的心理健康為出發(fā)點(diǎn),采用《中文Frost多維完美主義量表》、《一般自我效能感量表》和《心理健康癥狀自評(píng)量表SCL-90》對(duì)湖南省四所高校的碩士生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,研究他們的心理健康水平及與完美主義和一般自我效能感的相關(guān),探究完美主義和一般自我效能感對(duì)心理健康的影響,以期為高等教育人才的心理健康工作補(bǔ)充理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐證明。研究結(jié)論如下： 1.碩士生心理健康陽(yáng)性檢出率為35.3%,心理問(wèn)題發(fā)生率較高的因子是強(qiáng)迫、人際敏感和抑郁,三年級(jí)碩士生心理健康水平顯著低于一、二年級(jí)碩士生,其他人口學(xué)變量上不存在差異。 2.從總體上來(lái)看,碩士生具有較高的完美主義心理傾向,條理性得分最高,其次是個(gè)人標(biāo)準(zhǔn),行動(dòng)疑慮和父母期望,擔(dān)心錯(cuò)誤得分最低。碩士生完美主義存在性別、專業(yè)、年級(jí)、獨(dú)生與非獨(dú)生和城鄉(xiāng)上的差異。 3.碩士生的一般自我效能感處于中等偏上水平,不存在人口學(xué)變量上的顯著差異。 4.完美主義的擔(dān)心錯(cuò)誤維度、條理性、行動(dòng)疑慮三個(gè)維度與心理健康相關(guān)顯著,其中,條理性與心理健康水平正相關(guān),其他兩個(gè)維度為負(fù)相關(guān)。一般自我效能感與心理健康水平正相關(guān)。 5.碩士生的完美主義和一般自我效能感對(duì)心理健康水平有一定的預(yù)測(cè)能力。一般自我效能感在完美主義和心理健康之間起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:Graduate students as a national culture is an important force for high-end talent, powerful and prosperous, we are concerned about the number of high-level personnel of academic achievement at the same time, we should also give deep concern about their mental health, their physical and mental health directly affect the state of high end talent quality, it must not be ignored.
From the experience of psychological counseling and treatment, Chinese, especially the possibility of Chinese students perfectionism tendency is bigger than foreigners, but also by perfectionism troubled people on their own strong. Too many to count the high requirements of the oppression, mental health and academic achievement of students will be affected, which will also have a personal general the influence of self-efficacy, a general self-efficacy change in turn influences the ability of action and objectives.
In this study, graduate students mental health as a starting point, using "Chinese Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale", "general self-efficacy scale" and "mental health symptom checklist of four universities of Hunan province master SCL-90> conducted a questionnaire survey of students, their mental health level and correlation with perfectionism and general self-efficacy, study perfectionism and general self-efficacy impact on mental health, in order to supplement the theory and practice of mental health education for higher education talents. The research conclusions are as follows:
1., the positive rate of mental health of the master degree students is 35.3%. The factors with higher psychological problems are compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity and depression. The mental health level of three grade masters is significantly lower than that of the first grade, two grade masters. There is no difference in other demographic variables.
2. overall, perfectionism tendency has higher graduate students, organized the highest score, followed by personal standards, doubts about actions and expectations of parents, worry about mistakes was the lowest. Perfectionism of graduate students have sex, specialty, grade, the difference only and not only on the city and township.
3. the general self-efficacy of master's students is on the middle level, and there is no significant difference between the demographic variables.
4., the three dimensions of perfectionism worry, erroneous dimension, orderliness and action doubt are significantly correlated with mental health. Among them, orderliness is positively correlated with mental health level, and the other two dimensions are negatively correlated.
5., master's perfectionism and general self-efficacy have certain predictive ability for mental health. General self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between perfectionism and mental health.
