【摘要】：供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革不僅是技術(shù)、制度、設(shè)備方面的事情,還牽涉到文化思想方面的建設(shè)。目前,產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級遭遇到的困難是"人員素質(zhì)低下造成生產(chǎn)品質(zhì)難以提升"的問題,這亟須靠傳統(tǒng)教育之強(qiáng)大感化力量,潛移默化地幫助人們改變工作態(tài)度,以觀念帶動素質(zhì)的全面提升,然后再帶動產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)提升。在經(jīng)濟(jì)脫離原始積累發(fā)展起來后,經(jīng)濟(jì)活動如欲更進(jìn)一步持續(xù)發(fā)展、擴(kuò)大規(guī)模,就離不開道德之規(guī)范調(diào)節(jié)功能。雖說"科技始終來自人性",但如沒有以善心、良欲來引領(lǐng)科學(xué)發(fā)展,研發(fā)出之技術(shù)很容易行差走偏。
[Abstract]:The structural reform on the supply side is not only a matter of technology, institution and equipment, but also a matter of cultural and ideological construction. At present, the difficulty encountered in the transformation and upgrading of industries is the problem of "the low quality of personnel makes it difficult to improve the quality of production." this urgently needs to rely on the powerful influence of traditional education to help people change their working attitude imperceptibly. Promote the overall quality of the concept, and then promote the quality of products. After the development of economy from primitive accumulation, if economic activity wants to develop continuously and enlarge scale, it can not be separated from the regulation function of morality. Although "technology always comes from human nature," but if there is no good heart, good intentions to lead the development of science, the technology developed is easy to deviate.
