被試操作任務效應對小學武術教學效果的實證研究

【摘要】:伴隨著教育部對體育新課程標準的改革和推進,以及學校體育中引進足球、武術等項目的推廣,小學體育課程在學生發(fā)展和學校課程體系中的作用和地位也也來越重要。如何上好體育課,如何改進體育課程的教學方法和課程效果,也顯得愈發(fā)重要。本文試圖以小學武術課程為切入點,引入心理學動作記憶的操作模式,結合體育的課程標準,為改進課程體驗和完成課程目標提供一定的參考價值。本文運用文獻資料法、問卷調查法進行相關研究問題的梳理整理,通過實驗法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法對受試學生實驗數(shù)據(jù)進行比較分析,從而對小學武術課程教學中引入被試操作任務效應的相關問題進行研究。被試操作任務效應,是指被試操作任務條件下的記憶效果好于語詞任務條件下記憶效果的現(xiàn)象。結果發(fā)現(xiàn):實驗一驗證了標準被試操作任務條件下,實驗組一邊執(zhí)行動作操作,一邊復述語詞材料(動作名稱)的記憶效果,優(yōu)于對照組單獨背誦語詞材料,即武術教學實踐中存在SPT效應。實驗二在標準被試操作任務條件下,驗證實驗組一邊執(zhí)行動作操作(學習武術套路動作),一邊復述動作名稱,操作任務,武術套路動作的記憶優(yōu)于對照組學習武術套路動作,但只是復述數(shù)字口令的學習方式。實驗三,在非標準條件下,實驗組一邊學習武術套路動作,一邊復述語詞材料是與動作不相關的國學篇目,語詞記憶成績優(yōu)于對照組只背誦語詞材料。實驗一和實驗三,驗證了SPT效應語詞記憶成績在小學武術教學實踐中的作用,為體育教學中融入傳統(tǒng)文化內容的誦讀,提供了理論依據(jù);實驗二動作記憶效果在武術教學實踐中的應用,為提高學生教學記憶的效率,完善和改進小學武術教學方法提供一定的借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:With the reform and promotion of the new curriculum standards of physical education by the Ministry of Education and the introduction of football and martial arts into school sports, the role and status of the physical education curriculum in primary schools in the development of students and in the school curriculum system has become more and more important. How to teach PE well and how to improve the teaching method and effect of PE are becoming more and more important. This paper attempts to introduce the operating mode of psychological action memory and the curriculum standard of physical education to provide a certain reference value for improving the curriculum experience and completing the curriculum objectives with the martial arts curriculum of primary school as the starting point. In this paper, we use the method of literature and questionnaire to sort out and sort out the relevant research questions, and compare and analyze the experimental data of the students by means of experiment and mathematical statistics. Therefore, this paper studies the effect of subject operation task in the teaching of Wushu in primary school. Task effect is a phenomenon in which the memory effect is better than that under the word task condition. The results showed that the memory effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group by reciting the words (action name) while performing the action operation under the condition of the standard subjects' operation task, and the results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in memorizing the words by reciting the words alone. That is, there is SPT effect in Wushu teaching practice. Experiment 2, under the condition of standard subjects' operation task, verified that the experimental group had better memory than the control group in learning martial arts routine action by repeating the action name, operation task and the memory of martial arts routine action on one side (learning martial arts routine action), while repeating the action name, the operation task, and the martial arts routine action memory in the control group. But it's just the way to learn to retell a numeric password. Experiment 3, under the non-standard conditions, the experimental group was learning martial arts routine while retelling the word material was not related to the movement of the Chinese learning articles, the results of words memory was better than the control group only reciting the words. Experiment 1 and experiment 3 verify the function of SPT effect word memory in the teaching practice of primary school martial arts, and provide a theoretical basis for the integration of traditional cultural content in physical education teaching. The application of experiment 2 action memory effect in Wushu teaching practice provides certain reference value for improving the efficiency of students' teaching memory and perfecting and improving the teaching method of Wushu in primary school.
