【摘要】：眾所周知,建設(shè)世界一流大學離不開師資國際化這一議題。師資的國際化,即是國際化通用的師資的"聘用"與"流動"。當下,國內(nèi)大學國際化師資培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)驗較少,而國際上許多一流的大學已經(jīng)積累了諸多值得借鑒的經(jīng)驗。因此,本文以文獻資料與邏輯分析相結(jié)合的方法,以全球化的視野出發(fā),梳理了世界一流大學師資國際化培養(yǎng)的重要經(jīng)驗,并提出國內(nèi)國際一流大學建設(shè)過程中,師資國際化建設(shè)的具體路徑,以期為國內(nèi)大學師資國際化的推進提供一定的借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the construction of world-class universities can not be separated from the internationalization of teachers. The internationalization of teachers is the "employment" and "mobility" of internationalized teachers. At present, the experience of international teacher training in domestic universities is less, and many first-class universities in the world have accumulated a lot of experience worthy of reference. Therefore, based on the combination of literature and logical analysis, and from the perspective of globalization, this paper combs the important experience of the international training of first-class university teachers in the world, and puts forward that in the process of the construction of first-class universities at home and abroad, The concrete path of teacher internationalization construction is expected to provide some reference and reference for the promotion of university teacher internationalization in China.
