【摘要】：師徒關(guān)系作為青年教師培養(yǎng)和管理的有效途徑,已被國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)校普遍運(yùn)用。國(guó)外學(xué)者對(duì)師徒關(guān)系的構(gòu)成及效用開展了廣泛研究,但國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)研究仍處于起步和探索階段�；趯�(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外師徒關(guān)系構(gòu)成相關(guān)研究的梳理,選取國(guó)內(nèi)26所不同類型高校60名教師進(jìn)行深度訪談,并獲取大量一手資料;按照扎根理論的分析程序進(jìn)行編碼和分析,從11個(gè)范疇中確定3個(gè)主范疇,即職業(yè)指導(dǎo)功能、社會(huì)心理功能和為人處世功能,并由此構(gòu)建中國(guó)文化背景下高校教師師徒關(guān)系內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)模型。
[Abstract]:As an effective way to train and manage young teachers, teacher-apprenticeship relationship has been widely used in schools at home and abroad. Foreign scholars have carried out extensive research on the composition and utility of teacher-apprenticeship relationship, but the related research in China is still in its infancy and exploration stage. Based on the research on the relationship between teachers and apprentices at home and abroad, 60 teachers from 26 different types of universities in China were selected for in-depth interviews, and a large number of first-hand data were obtained. According to the analysis program of root-rooted theory, three main categories are determined from 11 categories, namely vocational guidance function, social psychological function and human life function. And then construct the content structure model of teacher-apprenticeship relationship under the background of Chinese culture.
