我國大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感教育現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:在全面建成中國特色社會主義小康社會的今天,大學(xué)生是高校為社會培育的高級技術(shù)人才,能否樹立正確而強(qiáng)烈的社會責(zé)任感,不僅關(guān)系到個人理想信念的實(shí)踐,更是與民族昌盛和國家富強(qiáng)息息相關(guān)。在高校進(jìn)行社會責(zé)任感教育,使大學(xué)生自覺承擔(dān)社會責(zé)任、實(shí)現(xiàn)人生價值具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)與戰(zhàn)略意義。大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感教育以當(dāng)代全日制本科生為教育對象,以增強(qiáng)其社會責(zé)任感,促使其樹立符合時代精神要求的社會責(zé)任感為目的。本文采用文獻(xiàn)分析法,在系統(tǒng)梳理與總結(jié)前人研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感教育的概念進(jìn)行界定,結(jié)合當(dāng)代大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感現(xiàn)狀的特征,將大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感教育的內(nèi)容分為政治責(zé)任感教育、學(xué)習(xí)責(zé)任感教育、集體責(zé)任感教育、生命責(zé)任感教育、網(wǎng)絡(luò)責(zé)任感教育。通過對大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感教育現(xiàn)狀、認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀以及行為現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、問卷訪談,得出大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感教育存在學(xué)校教育缺乏系統(tǒng)性、社會責(zé)任感教育的實(shí)施環(huán)節(jié)薄弱、社會責(zé)任感教育效果欠佳等問題。在深入分析大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感教育所存在問題的影響因素,將其總結(jié)為大學(xué)生心理特征的影響、家庭教育存在缺位、外部環(huán)境的影響三個方面。綜合分析以上情況,本文提出大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感教育的對策包括:提出大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感教育的對策,通過增強(qiáng)學(xué)校教育的系統(tǒng)性、加強(qiáng)社會責(zé)任行為的養(yǎng)成與規(guī)范以及優(yōu)化社會責(zé)任感教育的環(huán)境系統(tǒng)三方面來探索大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感教育的途徑,并從認(rèn)知、認(rèn)同、行動三個方面對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行社會責(zé)任感教育。
[Abstract]:With the building of a well-off socialist society with Chinese characteristics in an all-round way, college students are high-level technical talents cultivated by colleges and universities for the society. Whether they can establish a correct and strong sense of social responsibility is not only related to the practice of individual ideals and beliefs. It is closely related to the prosperity of the nation and the prosperity and strength of the country. It is of great realistic and strategic significance to carry out the education of social responsibility in colleges and universities so as to make college students take on social responsibility consciously and realize the value of life. The education of college students' social responsibility takes contemporary full-time undergraduates as the educational object and aims at enhancing their social sense of responsibility and promoting them to establish a sense of social responsibility in line with the requirements of the spirit of the times. By means of literature analysis, this paper defines the concept of social responsibility education for college students on the basis of systematical combing and summarizing the current research situation of predecessors, and combines the characteristics of the present situation of social responsibility of contemporary college students. The contents of college students' social responsibility education are divided into three parts: political responsibility education, learning responsibility education, collective responsibility education, life responsibility education and network responsibility education. Through the questionnaire investigation and interview on the current situation of college students' social responsibility education, the author concludes that the education of social responsibility of college students is lack of systematicness and the implementation link of the education of social responsibility is weak. The effect of the education of social responsibility is not good enough and so on. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the problems existing in the education of college students' social responsibility, and summarizes them as the influence of the psychological characteristics of college students, the absence of family education, and the influence of the external environment. Comprehensive analysis of the above situation, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of college students' social responsibility education, including: put forward the countermeasures of college students' social responsibility education, through strengthening the system of school education, Strengthen the cultivation and standardization of social responsibility behavior and optimize the environment system of social responsibility education to explore the way of college students' social responsibility education, and from cognition, identity, The action three aspects to carry on the social responsibility education to the university student.
