A高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理現(xiàn)狀及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生連年增多,為社會(huì)輸送了大量的人才,但是在這一過(guò)程中,也產(chǎn)生了一定的就業(yè)壓力問(wèn)題,尤其是進(jìn)入新時(shí)期以來(lái),隨著高校教育改革的推進(jìn),如何為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)實(shí)用型人才也關(guān)系到了高校自身發(fā)展的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在這一背景下,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理也受到了廣泛的重視,積極開(kāi)展高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理,對(duì)于培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才,提升高校核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力都有著重要的作用。尤其是在當(dāng)前我國(guó)鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的背景下,高校積極開(kāi)展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,也符合我國(guó)當(dāng)前的實(shí)際國(guó)情,為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才,鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)、大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),在這一方面,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)扮演著重要的角色。也應(yīng)當(dāng)看到,在我國(guó)近年來(lái)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理的開(kāi)展中,還存在著一些較為突出的問(wèn)題,部分高校并沒(méi)有較好的認(rèn)識(shí)到創(chuàng)業(yè)教育重要性以及核心內(nèi)涵,并沒(méi)有建立起完善的高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理體系,從而也在很大程度上影響到了高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理效果。本文以A高校為例,對(duì)其創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。緒論部分主要對(duì)本文的研究背景及意義,現(xiàn)有研究進(jìn)展以及主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法進(jìn)行交待。第二部分對(duì)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理的相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行闡述,并指出推動(dòng)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理發(fā)展的重要意義。第三部分以A高校為例,結(jié)合問(wèn)卷調(diào)研的方式,指出當(dāng)前A高校在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理方面取得的進(jìn)展,主要包括創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理部門協(xié)調(diào)作用積極發(fā)揮,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程全面實(shí)施,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育校企合作有序推進(jìn),創(chuàng)業(yè)教育活動(dòng)積極開(kāi)展等。同時(shí),指出A高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理方面存在的問(wèn)題,主要在于創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理定位不清晰,缺乏良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理環(huán)境,學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)不強(qiáng),創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理方法較為單一,缺乏高素質(zhì)的專業(yè)化創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理師資隊(duì)伍等。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了A高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理存在問(wèn)題的原因,主要在于大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)政策支持力度不夠,社會(huì)創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境不佳,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育服務(wù)體系不完善等。第四部分就如何加強(qiáng)A高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理這一問(wèn)題進(jìn)行對(duì)策探討。主要從清晰定位高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理目標(biāo),營(yíng)造良好內(nèi)部創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理環(huán)境,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)培養(yǎng),豐富創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理方法,建立高水平的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理師資隊(duì)伍,其他支持舉措等六個(gè)宏觀層面和若干具體操作層面提出加強(qiáng)A高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育管理的對(duì)策建議,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。第五部分對(duì)本項(xiàng)研究說(shuō)得出的結(jié)論進(jìn)行了歸納,并對(duì)下一步的研究予以了展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of college graduates in our country has been increasing year after year, which has sent a large number of talented people to the society. However, in this process, there has also been a certain problem of employment pressure, especially since entering the new period, with the advancement of the education reform in colleges and universities. How to cultivate practical talents for the society is also related to the core competitiveness of the development of colleges and universities. Under this background, entrepreneurship education management in colleges and universities has received extensive attention. It plays an important role in cultivating entrepreneurial talents and enhancing the core competitiveness of colleges and universities. Especially in the context of encouraging college students to start a business, colleges and universities actively carry out entrepreneurship education in line with the actual situation of our country, train entrepreneurial talents for the society, encourage college students to start a business, and start a business among the masses. In this respect, University entrepreneurship plays an important role. It should also be noted that there are still some outstanding problems in the development of entrepreneurship education management in colleges and universities in China in recent years, and some colleges and universities have not realized the importance and core connotation of entrepreneurship education. It has not established a perfect management system of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, which to a great extent affects the management effect of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. This article takes A university as an example, carries on the research to its entrepreneurship education management question. In the introduction part, the research background and significance, the current research progress, the main research contents and research methods are explained. The second part expounds the related concepts and theories of entrepreneurship education management in colleges and universities, and points out the importance of promoting the development of entrepreneurship education management in colleges and universities. The third part takes the A university as an example and points out the progress in the management of entrepreneurship education in A university, including the positive development of the coordinating role of the management department of entrepreneurship education and the full implementation of the entrepreneurship education curriculum. School-enterprise cooperation to promote entrepreneurship education in an orderly manner, entrepreneurial education activities, and so on. At the same time, it points out the problems in the management of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, mainly because the orientation of entrepreneurship education management is not clear, the management environment of entrepreneurship education is not good, the students' awareness of entrepreneurship is not strong, and the management method of entrepreneurship education is relatively simple. Lack of high-quality professional entrepreneurial education and management of teachers and so on. On this basis, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the management of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, which are mainly due to the insufficient support of entrepreneurship policy for college students, the poor social entrepreneurial environment, and the imperfect service system of entrepreneurship education and so on. The fourth part discusses how to strengthen the management of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Mainly from clearly positioning the management target of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, creating a good management environment of internal entrepreneurship education, strengthening the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial awareness, enriching the management methods of entrepreneurship education, and establishing a high level teaching staff of entrepreneurship education and management. It is of practical significance to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the management of entrepreneurship education in A colleges and universities at six macro levels and some specific operational levels such as other supporting measures. In the fifth part, the conclusion of this study is summarized, and the future research is prospected.
