【摘要】：主動(dòng)對(duì)接國家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略,深化國門大學(xué)建設(shè)發(fā)展,是新時(shí)期云南高等教育特色發(fā)展的重要路徑。根據(jù)國門大學(xué)空間區(qū)位上的沿邊性、發(fā)展定位上的交互性、輻射交流上的窗口性等基本特征,以及云南國門大學(xué)沿邊優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,但整體實(shí)力不強(qiáng);外向?qū)蛎鞔_,但輻射效果有限;發(fā)展定位清晰,但交互能力不足的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及外向型輻射發(fā)展能力、拱衛(wèi)型精神守土能力、吸引型文化交互能力方面的現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn),增強(qiáng)沿邊高校建設(shè)發(fā)展扶持力度,統(tǒng)籌成立云南國門大學(xué)協(xié)同發(fā)展聯(lián)盟,實(shí)施云南省國門大學(xué)振興行動(dòng)計(jì)劃理應(yīng)成為一帶一路戰(zhàn)略下云南國門大學(xué)建設(shè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在。
[Abstract]:It is an important way to develop Yunnan's higher education characteristics in the new period by actively connecting with the national "Belt and Road" strategy and deepening the construction and development of Guomen University. According to the basic characteristics of Gumen University, such as the borderline of spatial location, the interaction of development orientation, the window of radiation exchange and so on, and the edge advantage of Guomen University of Yunnan Province, the overall strength of Guomen University is not strong. The outward orientation is clear, but the radiation effect is limited; The present situation of the development of clear orientation, but insufficient interaction ability, the ability of outward oriented radiation development, the ability of defending the earth, the ability of attracting culture interaction, and the strengthening of the development and support of the construction and development of universities along the border. It is the key of the construction and development of Guomen University of Yunnan under Belt and Road's strategy that the coordinated development alliance of Yunnan Guomen University be set up and the action plan of revitalizing Yunnan Guomen University be carried out.
