【摘要】：指出日常學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)是我國(guó)文科研究生培養(yǎng)體系中的薄弱鏈環(huán),學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)無(wú)抓手、低密度、淺層性、單向性是其集中體現(xiàn),認(rèn)為構(gòu)建師生協(xié)同共生體是走出這一困境的有效出路。分析了研究生日常指導(dǎo)組織變革中出現(xiàn)的三種歷史形態(tài),即輻射式關(guān)系體、任務(wù)型共同體與協(xié)同共生體,其中,協(xié)同共生體是以學(xué)術(shù)問(wèn)題探究為主題,以發(fā)現(xiàn)、探究、解決問(wèn)題為主線,以教中學(xué)、做中學(xué)、創(chuàng)中學(xué)為主形式的特殊師生關(guān)系體。認(rèn)為研究生團(tuán)隊(duì)中,協(xié)同共生體構(gòu)建需要四個(gè)關(guān)鍵支點(diǎn):確認(rèn)以研究生個(gè)體為基礎(chǔ)的知識(shí)共生單元;營(yíng)造開(kāi)放、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、尚創(chuàng)、民主、商談的知識(shí)共生環(huán)境;引入多元化的知識(shí)共生機(jī)制;確保學(xué)術(shù)共生界面與共生鏈的高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。在協(xié)同共生體組織理念的指導(dǎo)下,構(gòu)建了由六個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)組成的研究生日常學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)流程。
[Abstract]:It is pointed out that the daily academic guidance is the weak link in the cultivation system of Chinese liberal arts graduate students, and the academic guidance has no grip, low density, shallow layer and unidirectional nature is its concentrated embodiment. It is considered that the effective way out of this dilemma is to construct the cooperative symbiotic body between teachers and students. This paper analyzes three kinds of historical forms in the transformation of graduate student's daily guidance organization, that is, radiative relational body, task-based community and cooperative symbiont, in which the cooperative symbiotic body is based on the research of academic problems to discover and explore. Problem solving is the main line, teaching middle school, doing middle school, creating a special teacher-student relationship in the form of secondary school. It is considered that the construction of cooperative symbiosis needs four key fulcrum points: confirming the knowledge symbiosis unit based on graduate students, creating an open, competitive, creative, democratic and negotiated knowledge symbiotic environment; Introducing diversified knowledge symbiosis mechanism to ensure the efficient operation of academic symbiotic interface and symbiotic chain. Under the guidance of the concept of cooperative symbiotic organization, this paper constructs a daily academic guidance flow of graduate students composed of six links.
