【摘要】：國(guó)家中心城市和高等教育之間存在著一定的相關(guān)關(guān)系,可以?xún)?yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),共謀發(fā)展,要合理規(guī)劃和統(tǒng)籌實(shí)施國(guó)家中心城市建設(shè)方案和"雙一流"方案。要從戰(zhàn)略高度支持建設(shè)世界一流高等教育城市群,推動(dòng)國(guó)家中心城市重點(diǎn)高校爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)世界頂尖,一批高校爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)世界一流,部分高校爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)世界知名,建成東亞及世界一流高等教育中心。在建設(shè)過(guò)程中,要注意領(lǐng)導(dǎo)統(tǒng)籌,服從大局;發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì),重點(diǎn)突破;政策扶持,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè);國(guó)際合作,協(xié)作互通;借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn),中國(guó)特色。
[Abstract]:There is a certain correlation between the national central city and higher education, which can complement each other's advantages and seek common development. It is necessary to rationally plan and carry out the national central city construction plan and the "double first-class" scheme. It is necessary to support the construction of world-class urban agglomeration of higher education from a strategic perspective, promote key universities and colleges in national central cities to strive for the top of the world, a number of institutions of higher learning strive for the first class of the world, and some colleges and universities strive for world fame. East Asia and the world-class higher education center. In the process of construction, we should pay attention to the overall planning of leadership, serve the overall situation; develop the economy, key breakthrough; policy support, innovation and entrepreneurship; international cooperation, cooperation and exchange; learn from experience, Chinese characteristics.
