【摘要】：目的了解高年級本科護(hù)生對老年人態(tài)度、老年知識及職業(yè)價值觀的現(xiàn)狀,分析影響其對老年人態(tài)度的因素。方法整群抽取某大學(xué)三年級224名本科護(hù)生,采用自制的一般資料調(diào)查表、Kogan老年人態(tài)度量表、Palmore老年知識問卷Ⅰ、Super職業(yè)價值觀量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 16.1%的護(hù)生表示喜歡護(hù)理老年人;護(hù)生對老年人態(tài)度得分(140.76±14.18)分;老年知識得分(15.66±3.83)分;護(hù)生生源地、是否喜歡護(hù)理老年人、愿意從事老年護(hù)理工作及職業(yè)價值觀中的成就是影響本科護(hù)生對老年人態(tài)度的主要因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論高年級本科護(hù)生對老年人態(tài)度趨于正向,但從事老年護(hù)理工作意愿低,老齡化知識缺乏,護(hù)理教育者應(yīng)優(yōu)化老年護(hù)理課程設(shè)置,使老年醫(yī)學(xué)知識融入到各種相關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)知識教學(xué)中,老年醫(yī)學(xué)專家和老年護(hù)理人員應(yīng)樹立良好的榜樣,增強老年護(hù)理工作的成就感,激發(fā)護(hù)生從事老年護(hù)理工作的意愿。
