無損檢測技術(shù)創(chuàng)新型實驗課程探索

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)無損檢測技術(shù)課程實驗教學(xué)中存在的主要問題,結(jié)合華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)工學(xué)院的具體實踐,開展無損檢測技術(shù)創(chuàng)新型實驗課程教學(xué)。創(chuàng)新型實驗以雞蛋為研究對象,讓學(xué)生掌握測量雞蛋新鮮度無損檢測的基本方法。整個實驗貫穿了無損檢測技術(shù)課程中的數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù)、近紅外光譜技術(shù)等各項研究方法和數(shù)據(jù)處理,旨在活躍本科生的科研思維,提高學(xué)生創(chuàng)新實踐能力。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the main problems existing in the experiment teaching of traditional nondestructive testing technology course, combining with the concrete practice of the Institute of Technology of Huazhong Agricultural University, the innovative experiment course teaching of nondestructive testing technology is carried out. The innovative experiment takes egg as the research object, let the students master the basic method of nondestructive testing for measuring the freshness of eggs. The whole experiment runs through the digital image processing technology, near infrared spectrum technology and other research methods and data processing in the course of nondestructive testing technology. The purpose of the experiment is to activate the undergraduates' scientific research thinking and improve the students' innovative and practical ability.
