高校青年教師思想政治素質培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:高等教育是為我國未來發(fā)展建設提供和輸送高精尖人才的陣地,而高校的發(fā)展很大程度上有賴于高校教師的“質量”,其中青年教師作為高校教師的中堅力量,對高校綜合實力的增長起到至關重要的作用,甚至還對我國的高等教育事業(yè)沖出國門,走向世界,建設世界“雙一流大學”也起到推動作用。近年來,高校青年教師的數量呈顯著的增長趨勢,尤其是大批剛剛畢業(yè)的青年人逐漸步入高校,承擔舉足輕重的教學任務和管理職務,而高校青年教師作為大學生走向成熟的“引路人”,他們無論是在學術水平,還是思想政治素質等方面都應該是學生學習的榜樣。隨著改革開放的深入,少數教師的三觀出現很“微妙”的變化。青年教師為高校教師隊伍注入了 “新鮮血液”,儼然成為了高校教師隊伍中的中堅力量,由于他們的年齡也不會比普通大學生高出很多,換句話說就是他們之間的“代溝”相對年長的老師要小很多,他們的思維方式、人格品質乃至處事行為也更容易對大學生的思維和行為產生重要影響。因此,加強青年教師的思想政治素質勢在必行。本文通過搜索相關文獻以及進行問卷調查對現階段我國青年教師思想政治素質進行研究和分析,旨在為改善我國高校青年教師思想政治素質培養(yǎng)工作獻計獻策。第一部分:緒論。該部分首先簡單闡述了本文的研究背景,其次討論了以高校青年教師思想政治素質的培養(yǎng)作為研究對象究竟具有哪些現實意義,再次簡要介紹了國內和國外在這方面的相關學術成果以及本文的研究思路和方法,最后根據所查閱的文獻資料提出了本文的創(chuàng)新點。第二部分:本章為高校青年教師思想政治教育培養(yǎng)的概述,在該部分中首先對相關概念作出了闡釋,最后從國家、高校、青年教師自身三個方面分析了對高校青年教師思想政治素質進行培養(yǎng)的意義。第三部分:結合筆者發(fā)出的調查問卷的反饋結果,簡要分析了高校青年教師的思想現狀,以及高校在青年教師思想政治素質培養(yǎng)工作上的現實狀況。第四部分:該部分為本文的核心部分,主要從國家、高校、教師自身三個層面提出相關的對策。首先,國家要提高對青年教師思想政治素質培養(yǎng)的重視;其次,高校應該在培養(yǎng)方式、內容、機制和環(huán)境四方面進行改進和加強;最后,青年教師也要重視自身的心理層面是否有異常,要多學習和借鑒國內外的優(yōu)秀經驗,提升自我。
[Abstract]:Higher education is the front to provide and transport high caliber talents for the future development of our country, and the development of colleges and universities depends to a great extent on the "quality" of university teachers, among which young teachers are the backbone of university teachers. It plays an important role in the growth of the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities, and even promotes the cause of higher education in our country to go out of the country, to go to the world and to build a "double first-class university" in the world. In recent years, the number of young teachers in colleges and universities has shown a significant growth trend. Especially, a large number of young people who have just graduated have gradually entered the universities, taking on important teaching tasks and management duties. As the "guide" to the maturity of college students, the young teachers in colleges and universities, whether in academic level or ideological and political quality, should be an example for students to learn. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the three views of a few teachers appear very subtle changes. Young teachers have injected "fresh blood" into the ranks of college teachers, and have become the backbone of the teaching force in colleges and universities, because they are not much older than ordinary college students. In other words, the "generation gap" between them is much smaller than that of older teachers, and their way of thinking, personality and even behavior are more likely to have an important impact on the thinking and behavior of college students. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the ideological and political quality of young teachers. This paper studies and analyzes the ideological and political quality of young teachers in our country by searching the relevant documents and making a questionnaire survey in order to make suggestions for improving the cultivation of ideological and political quality of young teachers in colleges and universities. Part one: introduction. This part briefly expounds the research background of this paper, and then discusses the practical significance of cultivating the ideological and political quality of young college teachers as the object of study. Then it briefly introduces the domestic and foreign academic achievements in this field, as well as the research ideas and methods of this paper, and finally puts forward the innovation points of this paper according to the literature. The second part: this chapter is an overview of the ideological and political education of young college teachers. In this part, the related concepts are first explained, and finally, from the state, universities, colleges, universities, colleges and universities, This paper analyzes the significance of cultivating the ideological and political quality of young teachers in colleges and universities from three aspects. The third part: based on the feedback results of the questionnaire, the author briefly analyzes the ideological status of young teachers in colleges and universities, as well as the reality of the ideological and political quality training of young teachers in colleges and universities. Part IV: this part is the core part of this paper, mainly from the country, colleges and universities, teachers themselves three levels of relevant countermeasures. Firstly, the state should pay more attention to the cultivation of the ideological and political quality of young teachers; secondly, colleges and universities should improve and strengthen the training methods, contents, mechanism and environment. Finally, young teachers should pay attention to their psychological level, learn more and learn from the excellent experience at home and abroad, improve themselves.
