【摘要】：《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010—2020年)》實施五年來,隨著"本科教學質(zhì)量與教學改革工程"持續(xù)推進,教學改革不斷深化,本科教學規(guī)范得以重建;隨著"五位一體"的本科教學評估制度體系建設,以"自我評估為核心"的高校教學質(zhì)量保障體系在部分高校已經(jīng)初具形態(tài);探索建立現(xiàn)代大學制度,完善高校內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu),為大眾化高等教育時代的高校獨立辦學、自主發(fā)展奠定基礎。同時,高校內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保障體系建設中存在的問題也顯而易見。未來5~10年,我國高校要完善內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保障體系建設,實現(xiàn)學校發(fā)展的各項目標。
[Abstract]:In the past five years since the implementation of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020), along with the continuous promotion of the "undergraduate Teaching quality and Teaching Reform Project", the teaching reform has been deepened and the undergraduate teaching standard has been rebuilt. With the construction of the "five-in-one" undergraduate teaching evaluation system, the teaching quality assurance system with "self-assessment as the core" has taken shape in some colleges and universities. This paper explores the establishment of the modern university system and the improvement of the internal governance structure of the university so as to lay a foundation for the independent running and independent development of the university in the era of mass higher education. At the same time, there are obvious problems in the construction of internal quality assurance system in colleges and universities. In the next 5 ~ 10 years, colleges and universities in our country should perfect the construction of internal quality assurance system and realize the goals of school development.
