南疆高校少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生思想政治教育問題與對策研究

【摘要】：南疆作為新疆維穩(wěn)工作的重點地區(qū),歷來一直受到黨和國家的高度重視。南疆少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生的成長成才與該地區(qū)的繁榮發(fā)展以及全面建設(shè)小康社會全局息息相關(guān)。加強少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生的思想政治教育,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。引言部分,主要對南疆高校少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生思想政治教育的研究背景和意義進行了闡述,并對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究進行了梳理。論文第二部分,首先對少數(shù)民族教育和少數(shù)民族思想政治教育的概念進行了界定,接著從馬克思主義“以人為本”思想和民族平等、民族團結(jié)理論兩個方面,分析了少數(shù)民族思想政治教育的理論基礎(chǔ)及其啟示。論文第三部分,在明晰了南疆少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生思想政治教育特殊性的前提下,分別從南疆少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生自身發(fā)展、南疆地區(qū)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展、國家穩(wěn)定與社會和諧這三個角度闡述了其必要性;最后從宗教極端思想和分裂勢力抬頭以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息良莠不齊等方面論述了其緊迫性。論文第四部分首先探討了當(dāng)前南疆少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生思想政治教育的成功經(jīng)驗,主要包括:提高了少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生的法制觀念、增強了少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生的政治敏銳度,促進了各民族學(xué)生相互交往交流交融;然后又分析了其中存在的問題:個別少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生集體主義觀念淡薄、對意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域反分裂斗爭常態(tài)化的認識不到位、對高素質(zhì)專業(yè)化教師隊伍的培養(yǎng)重視度不夠、對社會各部門合力育人氛圍的營造不到位;最后對導(dǎo)致這些問題的原因做出了具體的分析,主要是因為受當(dāng)今社會價值趨向以及地域社會環(huán)境的影響。論文最后一部分主要從四個方面提出了相應(yīng)的對策和建議:以“四有”公民為標尺,培養(yǎng)思想端正、熱愛集體的少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生;以認清形勢為前提,增強防滲透反分裂的責(zé)任感和緊迫感;以立德樹人為目標,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的教師隊伍;以齊抓共管為手段,營造高校和社會合力育人氛圍。
[Abstract]:As the key area of Xinjiang's maintenance and stability, the southern Xinjiang has always been highly valued by the Party and the state. The growth of minority college students in southern Xinjiang is closely related to the prosperity and development of the region and the overall situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the ideological and political education of ethnic college students. In the foreword part, the background and significance of the research on ideological and political education of minority college students in southern Xinjiang are expounded, and the relevant research at home and abroad is combed out. In the second part of the thesis, the author defines the concepts of minority education and minority ideological and political education, and then from the Marxist "people-oriented" thinking and national equality, national unity theory, two aspects, This paper analyzes the theoretical basis and enlightenment of the ideological and political education of ethnic minorities. The third part of the paper, on the premise of clarifying the particularity of ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students in southern Xinjiang, respectively, from the development of ethnic minority students in southern Xinjiang, the economic and social development of southern Xinjiang. The necessity of national stability and social harmony is expounded. Finally, the urgency of religious extremist thoughts and separatist forces and the intermingling of good and bad network information are discussed. The fourth part of the paper first discusses the successful experience of ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students in South Xinjiang, mainly including: improving the legal concept of minority college students, enhancing the political acumen of ethnic minority college students. Promote the communication and integration of the students of various nationalities; Then it analyzes the existing problems: individual minority college students have a weak sense of collectivism, do not have a regular understanding of the anti-splittist struggle in the ideological field, and pay less attention to the cultivation of high-quality and specialized teachers. To the social each department unifies the person to educate the atmosphere the construction not to be in place; Finally, the causes of these problems are analyzed, mainly because of the trend of social value and the influence of regional social environment. The last part of the paper mainly puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: take the "four you" citizens as the yardstick, train the students with correct thoughts and love the collective minority students; On the premise of clearly recognizing the situation, we should strengthen the sense of responsibility and urgency of anti-osmosis and reverse splitting; take the goal of building up people by virtue as the goal, cultivate a contingent of high-quality teachers; and take the joint management as a means to create an atmosphere in which colleges and society can work together to educate people.
