【摘要】：當(dāng)代社會,網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)滲透到社會生活的方方面面。網(wǎng)絡(luò)所呈現(xiàn)出的多元性、開放性、虛擬性、交互性、即時性等特點(diǎn),傳統(tǒng)媒體無法替代。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,由于多元文化信息的海量表達(dá),各種不同的意識形態(tài)和政治觀點(diǎn)可以在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中共存,網(wǎng)絡(luò)是世界上最大的信息基地和人際交流場所。近年來,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維”、“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”、“大數(shù)據(jù)”、“云計算”等概念的提出,必將成為人類社會發(fā)展的又一次重大變革。然而,與此同時諸多問題也隨之出現(xiàn):粗俗到?jīng)]有底線網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論綁架公眾道德、毫無安全保障的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交、令人憂心忡忡的個人信息泄露,網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙、網(wǎng)絡(luò)色情、網(wǎng)絡(luò)侵權(quán)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮等等。這些問題已經(jīng)對一部分人的生活產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展而不斷加深。大學(xué)生作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用者中的重要群體,其中部分大學(xué)生不能很好約束自身活動,其行為有時出現(xiàn)失范和偏離。這極易對其健康成長產(chǎn)生影響,同時也會對高等學(xué)校思想政治教育工作和校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)產(chǎn)生負(fù)面效應(yīng)。本文查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果,歸納出大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為內(nèi)涵、特征和危害。通過對問卷調(diào)查的歸納分析提出大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為的表現(xiàn)有:沉溺依賴型、道德失范型和違法犯罪型。針對以上表現(xiàn)分析其影響因素包括:大學(xué)生生理和心理因素及道德修養(yǎng)的影響、網(wǎng)絡(luò)自身先天不足的影響、高校大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為的教育相對滯后、部分家庭忽視大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為的教育、社會環(huán)境中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為對大學(xué)生造成不良影響、大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為教育保障系統(tǒng)不盡完善。基于以上理論分析和實(shí)際工作,提出了教育的原則,即主導(dǎo)性原則、疏導(dǎo)性原則和差異性原則。提出了教育的路徑:加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育和法治教育規(guī)范大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為的自我教育和管理提升主體自覺,充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)手段教育大學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為。最后,本文從政策保障、組織保障和環(huán)境保障三個方面,提出了如何保障大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范行為的教育路徑之有效實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:In contemporary society, the network has penetrated into all aspects of social life. Traditional media can not be replaced by traditional media because of its diversity, openness, virtual, interactivity, immediacy and so on. In the network, due to the mass expression of multicultural information, different ideologies and political viewpoints can coexist in the network, which is the largest information base and interpersonal exchange place in the world. In recent years, the concepts of "Internet thinking", "Internet", "big data" and "cloud computing" will become another major change in the development of human society. At the same time, however, many problems have emerged: vulgarity to the point where there is no bottom line, online public opinion abducting public morality, unsafeguarded social networking, worrying personal information leaks, online fraud, online pornography, Internet infringement, Internet addiction and so on. These problems have had a huge impact on some people's lives, with the development of the Internet and deepening. As an important group of Internet users, some college students can not restrain their own activities well, and their behavior sometimes deviates. It is easy to have an impact on its healthy growth, but also has a negative effect on the ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the construction of campus network. In this paper, the related research results at home and abroad are reviewed, and the connotation, characteristics and harm of college students' network anomie behavior are summarized. Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey, the author points out that the behaviors of college students' network abnormaly are as follows: addictive dependence type, moral anomie type and illegal and criminal type. According to the analysis of the above performance, the influencing factors include: the influence of college students' physiological and psychological factors and moral accomplishment, the influence of the natural deficiency of the network itself, and the relative lag in the education of college students' network abnormal behavior. Some families ignore the education of college students' network behavior, the network abnormal behavior in the social environment has a bad effect on the college students, and the education guarantee system of college students' network behavior is not perfect. Based on the above theoretical analysis and practical work, this paper puts forward the principles of education, that is, the principle of leading, the principle of persuasion and the principle of difference. This paper puts forward the path of education: to strengthen the network moral education and the rule of law education to standardize the network behavior of college students, to strengthen the self-education and management of the college students' network behavior to promote the subjective consciousness, and to make full use of the network means to educate the college students' network anomie behavior. Finally, this paper puts forward how to ensure the effective implementation of the educational path of college students' network anomie from three aspects: policy guarantee, organization guarantee and environmental protection.
