【摘要】：為研究我國(guó)高校教師發(fā)展中心的現(xiàn)狀與未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),采用內(nèi)容分析法對(duì)我國(guó)69所本科普通高校教師發(fā)展中心的工作報(bào)告文本進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明,歷經(jīng)5年的發(fā)展,我國(guó)高校教師發(fā)展中心已初具規(guī)模,開展的活動(dòng)能夠有力促進(jìn)教師多方面的發(fā)展,但服務(wù)體系仍需完善,專業(yè)化水平仍需提高,職能定位仍需進(jìn)一步明確。因此,應(yīng)當(dāng)將加強(qiáng)中心自身專業(yè)化建設(shè)與提升活動(dòng)質(zhì)量作為未來(lái)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the present situation and future development trend of the teacher development center in colleges and universities in China, the text of the work report of the teacher development center of 69 undergraduate colleges and universities in China is analyzed by using the content analysis method. The results show that, after 5 years of development, the teacher Development Center of China's colleges and universities has begun to take shape, and the activities carried out can promote the development of teachers in many aspects, but the service system still needs to be improved, and the level of specialization still needs to be improved. The functional orientation still needs to be further clarified. Therefore, it should be the focus of attention in the future to strengthen the center's own professional construction and improve the quality of activities.
