【摘要】：形勢(shì)是事物發(fā)展的狀態(tài)和趨勢(shì),政策是一個(gè)政黨或國(guó)家在一定的時(shí)期為實(shí)現(xiàn)一定的任務(wù)而規(guī)定的行動(dòng)準(zhǔn)則和行動(dòng)方向,而形勢(shì)與政策是立足于對(duì)社會(huì)形勢(shì)辨證分析的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇和政策制定,形勢(shì)與政策教育則在此基礎(chǔ)上加深了對(duì)其教育內(nèi)涵的深化,作為形勢(shì)與政策教育的載體——“形勢(shì)與政策”課,它對(duì)培育大學(xué)生的胸懷格局和政治素養(yǎng)都具有十分重要的意義,與此同時(shí),形勢(shì)與政策教育的受教對(duì)象不僅僅包括大學(xué)生,也涉及到社會(huì)上各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的群體,這也是黨的形勢(shì)與政策教育凸顯出的實(shí)踐價(jià)值和歷史意義。本文主要是在形勢(shì)與政策教育取得已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探討黨的形勢(shì)與政策教育的發(fā)展歷程,了解其在不同階段的歷史軌跡及其產(chǎn)生的重要作用,進(jìn)而更好地完善黨的形勢(shì)與政策教育體系的建構(gòu),從而樹立馬克思主義形勢(shì)與政策觀。第一部分:黨的形勢(shì)與政策教育發(fā)展的歷史必然性。通過(guò)形勢(shì)與政策教育和思政教育的密切關(guān)系以及在馬克思主義中國(guó)化理論指導(dǎo)下對(duì)其發(fā)展的重要性,闡述了黨的形勢(shì)與政策教育發(fā)展的歷史與實(shí)踐相統(tǒng)一的價(jià)值和意義。第二部分:黨的形勢(shì)與政策教育發(fā)展的歷史軌跡。結(jié)合中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨自成立以來(lái)所經(jīng)歷的不同歷史階段,也體出現(xiàn)了黨和國(guó)家對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)形勢(shì)的把握和政策的制定,從而獲取新的勝利。第三部分:黨的形勢(shì)與政策教育發(fā)展的成果。主要探究了其發(fā)展的內(nèi)容,主體性體現(xiàn)以及堅(jiān)守的原則,從而認(rèn)識(shí)到黨的形勢(shì)與政策教育的發(fā)展源自黨的教育實(shí)踐過(guò)程。第四部分:新形勢(shì)下堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展黨的形勢(shì)與政策教育的路徑探究。即在原有的理論基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐,通過(guò)構(gòu)建以思政教育學(xué)理為依托的發(fā)展路徑和創(chuàng)新以話語(yǔ)體系和工作方法為核心的實(shí)踐路徑,為進(jìn)一步探討新形勢(shì)下黨的形勢(shì)與政策教育的發(fā)展目標(biāo)提供實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The situation is the state and trend of the development of things, and policy is the principle and direction of action prescribed by a political party or country for the realization of a certain task at a certain time. The situation and policy is based on the dialectical analysis of the social situation on the basis of strategic choice and policy formulation, on which the situation and policy education deepen its educational connotation. As the carrier of situation and policy education, the course "situation and Policy" is of great significance to the cultivation of college students' mind pattern and political literacy. At the same time, the subjects of situation and policy education are not only college students. It also involves the social groups in various fields, which is also the practical value and historical significance of the Party's situation and policy education. On the basis of the existing research results of the situation and policy education, this paper further discusses the development course of the Party's situation and policy education, and understands its historical track and its important role in different stages. Furthermore, the Party's situation and policy education system should be improved better, and Marxist situation and policy view should be established. The first part: the historical inevitability of the development of the Party's situation and policy education. Through the close relationship between the situation and the policy education and the ideological and political education, and the importance of its development under the guidance of the Marxist theory of Sinicization, this paper expounds the value and significance of the unity of the history and practice of the development of the situation of the Party and the development of the policy education. The second part: the historical track of the development of the Party's situation and policy education. Combined with the different historical stages that the Communist Party of China has experienced since its founding, the Party and the state have grasped the situation and formulated policies at that time, thus obtaining a new victory. The third part: the achievements of the development of the Party's situation and policy education. This paper mainly probes into the content of its development, the embodiment of its subjectivity and the principle of sticking to it, so as to realize that the development of the situation and policy education of the Party originates from the educational practice process of the Party. The fourth part: under the new situation, the path of persisting and developing the Party's situation and policy education. That is, on the basis of the original theory, it is further applied to practice, through the construction of the development path based on the theory of ideological and political education and the innovation of the practical path with discourse system and working methods as the core. It provides a practical basis for further exploring the development goal of the Party's situation and policy education under the new situation.
