大學(xué)教師勝任力測評及提升研究
[Abstract]:Competency study, which began in the seventies of the last century, is a study on the personal qualities of people engaged in a certain profession who adapt to the needs of work and personal development, which is popular in the field of psychology and pedagogy. The research and application of the competence of university teachers is to explore the degree of conformity between the quality of university teachers and the current development of higher education, and to build a contingent of high-quality university talents. Scholars at home and abroad have adopted different methods to establish a rich competency model of university teachers, which makes the research of university teachers competence become more and more mature, but the current research on the competency model of university teachers has the problem of how to build it more and less. It is an inevitable trend to explore the research and application of the competency model of university teachers so that the research of university teachers' competence can be combined with the practical policy of the development of higher education. The research and application system of university teacher competence includes the construction of university teacher competency model, the test of university teacher competency level, the promotion of university teacher competence, and the construction method of university teacher competency model. The key lies in flexible use, exerting the joint effect of different modeling methods, and improving the scientific nature of modeling, such as comprehensive use of behavioral event interview method, Delphi method and so on; College teachers' competence level test should pay attention to excavating teachers' commonness and respecting teachers' individuality, not only pay attention to the general competence of all teachers, but also know the real situation of teachers' individual. The promotion of university teachers' competence should be based on the long-term development needs of teachers, take training, especially school-based training, as the main focus, and establish a perfect training service system, including a well-functioning training development center and a scientific training demand determination method. Diversified training programs and humanized training services.
