【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化波及經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化和教育等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,也對(duì)思想政治教育產(chǎn)生了前所未有的影響。在西方意識(shí)形態(tài)強(qiáng)力滲透的國(guó)際背景下,我們要堅(jiān)持用馬克思主義占領(lǐng)意識(shí)形態(tài)占領(lǐng)陣地。這要求思想政治教育的內(nèi)容、方法、機(jī)制要不斷創(chuàng)新,以適應(yīng)全球化發(fā)展的需要。我國(guó)在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中,新舊觀念的劇烈碰撞與沖突,也強(qiáng)烈的影響著大學(xué)生思想觀念,增加了思想政治教育復(fù)雜性,使思想政治教育工作難度加大。因此,轉(zhuǎn)變思維模式,對(duì)高校思想政治教育激勵(lì)機(jī)制進(jìn)行改革和創(chuàng)新,對(duì)于提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性是非常必要的。建立良好的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,是完成思想政治教育的有效方法和重要途徑之一。因此,對(duì)激勵(lì)機(jī)制的研究有著重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。激勵(lì)機(jī)制主要是心理學(xué)、管理學(xué)中的重要內(nèi)容。激勵(lì)主體運(yùn)用多種激勵(lì)手段與激勵(lì)客體相互作用,充分有效的使用多種手段,以不斷的激發(fā)人的積極性。實(shí)踐證明,將激勵(lì)機(jī)制運(yùn)用在思想政治教育工作中,也能夠大大提高思想政治教育工作的效率,同時(shí),良好的激勵(lì)機(jī)制能夠科學(xué)有效地提高大學(xué)生的積極性,激發(fā)學(xué)生潛在的能力。本文以馬克思主義人學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo),以其需要理論為直接立論依據(jù),并借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外激勵(lì)理論的有益成分,針對(duì)現(xiàn)存的高校激勵(lì)機(jī)制進(jìn)行分析。首先對(duì)于激勵(lì)機(jī)制的內(nèi)容和意義進(jìn)行了探索,梳理與總結(jié)了現(xiàn)階段思想政治教育激勵(lì)機(jī)制的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。全文分為三個(gè)部分:第一部分揭示了激勵(lì)與激勵(lì)機(jī)制的意義和內(nèi)涵,并且闡述了高校思想政治教育中激勵(lì)機(jī)制的作用。第二部分立足于大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)際,首先闡明了高校思想政治教育中激勵(lì)機(jī)制存在的問(wèn)題,有激勵(lì)目標(biāo)不明確,激勵(lì)內(nèi)容有偏差,激勵(lì)時(shí)效不恰當(dāng),激勵(lì)手段不豐富,激勵(lì)氛圍欠佳等問(wèn)題;其次,深刻分析存在問(wèn)題的原因,其成因主要教育理念理解偏差,交流溝通環(huán)節(jié)不通暢,激勵(lì)策略不夠明晰。第三部分結(jié)合實(shí)際分別從明確正確激勵(lì)目標(biāo)、建立良好溝通平臺(tái)、加強(qiáng)激勵(lì)的實(shí)效性、完善激勵(lì)機(jī)制內(nèi)容、營(yíng)造良好激勵(lì)環(huán)境五個(gè)方面提出優(yōu)化策略,以期待對(duì)提高高校思想政治教育效果的有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization affects the fields of economy, politics, culture and education, and has an unprecedented influence on ideological and political education. Under the international background of strong infiltration of western ideology, we should insist on occupying the position with Marxism. This requires the contents, methods and mechanisms of ideological and political education to be innovated to meet the needs of the development of globalization. In the course of the development of market economy in our country, the violent collision and conflict of new and old ideas also strongly affect the ideological concepts of college students, increase the complexity of ideological and political education, and increase the difficulty of ideological and political education. Therefore, it is necessary to change the mode of thinking and reform and innovate the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students. To establish a good incentive mechanism is an effective method and an important way to complete ideological and political education. Therefore, the study of incentive mechanism has great practical significance. Incentive mechanism is an important part of psychology and management. The main body of incentive uses a variety of incentive means to interact with the incentive object, and makes full and effective use of a variety of means in order to stimulate people's enthusiasm. Practice has proved that the application of incentive mechanism in ideological and political education can greatly improve the efficiency of ideological and political education, at the same time, a good incentive mechanism can improve the enthusiasm of college students scientifically and effectively. Stimulate students' potential abilities. Under the guidance of Marxist theory of human studies and the theory of needs, this paper analyzes the existing incentive mechanism in colleges and universities by referring to the beneficial elements of the incentive theory at home and abroad. First, the content and significance of the incentive mechanism are explored, and the current research status of the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education at home and abroad is summarized. The paper is divided into three parts: the first part reveals the significance and connotation of incentive and incentive mechanism, and expounds the role of incentive mechanism in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The second part is based on the reality of college students' ideological and political education. Firstly, it illustrates the problems of the incentive mechanism in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. Secondly, the causes of these problems are deeply analyzed. The main causes are the deviation of educational concepts, the lack of communication and communication, and the lack of clarity of incentive strategies. The third part puts forward the optimization strategy from five aspects: defining the correct motivation target, establishing a good communication platform, strengthening the effectiveness of incentive, perfecting the content of incentive mechanism and creating a good incentive environment. In order to expect to improve the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
